Processing of Kuding Iced Tea and Milk Tea
Kudingcha is the dried leaf of Ligustrum lucidum, a plant of Oleaceae. It is a kind of wild plant with homology of food and medicine, which contains tea pigment, tea polyphenols, a variety of amino acids, vitamin C, etc., with the effects of dispelling wind, eyesight, reducing blood pressure, eliminating thirst and so on. The processing technology is introduced below.
1. Technological process. Preparation → extraction → mixed → dry → crushing → ingredients → packaging → quality inspection → into the warehouse.
Second, processing technology.
The main results are as follows: (1) the high-quality Kuding tea without mildew and moth is selected as the raw material.
(2) extract and weigh 1200% Kuding tea, add the right amount of water, heat and boil for 1 hour, and get the filtrate through rough filtration. Add proper amount of water to the filter residue and extract it twice by the same method. Coarse filter, merge filtrate for 3 times, heat and concentrate to 600ml, cool to less than 25 ℃, rest for more than 16 hours, add diatomite to reduce pressure and filter to clarify, heat and concentrate into thick extract 70-80g, set aside.
(3) mix, dry and crush 320g white sugar, slowly add the thick extract of Kudingcha in a small mixer, stir well, and spread it into a clean stainless steel square plate. Place it in the oven for 85 ℃ and dry it completely and crush it into coarse powder. Set aside.
(4) ingredients
① iced tea formula and operation: Kudingcha extract 6%, white sugar 90%, citric acid 2%, orange juice essence 2%. According to the formula, take Kudingcha extract, sugar, citric acid, mix well; spray essence and mix well, crush through 80 mesh sieve, package.
② milk tea formula and operation Kudingcha extract 10%: sugar 60%, milk powder 5%, plant fat powder 25%. Weigh the bitter tea extract and sugar of the formula, crush it through a 60-mesh sieve, pour it into the mixer, add milk powder and plant fat powder to mix well, pack and serve.

Gourd tea can kill conical snails
Experiments were carried out with gourd tea powder and decoction as germicidal agents. The results showed that the two dosage forms had killing effect on conical snails. Death can occur within 24 hours when the effective concentration of the powder is 0.1%, and all the conical snails can be killed within 24 hours when the concentration is 0.5%. When the effective concentration of the decoction was 0.0143%, death occurred 48 hours later, and when the effective concentration was 0.572%, all died after 52 hours.
