Cultivation techniques of Ganoderma lucidum in imitating Wild bag
The bag production and bacteria transmission of Ganoderma lucidum imitating wild cultivation are basically the same as the conventional methods. The key point is to put the management of Ganoderma lucidum under suitable field conditions, in order to simulate the environmental conditions of the growth and development of wild Ganoderma lucidum as much as possible and produce better quality Ganoderma lucidum. The way of producing Ganoderma lucidum imitating wild cultivation can adopt either fungus wall type or border planting type.
The wild cultivation of fungus wall imitation can be carried out in plastic greenhouse. The plastic greenhouse can be built in woodland with leeward, good ventilation and suitable shade, or plant bergamot gourd, towel gourd and other vines around the greenhouse, build melon racks above the greenhouse, so that melon vines climb on the shelf to avoid direct sunlight. The greenhouse is 3 meters wide and can be used as two bacterial walls, depending on the site conditions. The specific method of building the wall is the same as described above. After completing the bacterial wall, irrigate a little water in the ditch at the top of the bacterial wall, and appropriate more water in the ground ditch, so as to maintain the humidity of the soil of the bacterial wall and the air in the greenhouse, and the air relative humidity should be kept at about 90%. The temperature of the greenhouse should be kept at 26 ℃ ~ 28 ℃. When the temperature is too high, the plastic film at both ends of the greenhouse and on both sides of the greenhouse should be properly opened for ventilation and cooling. After the emergence of Zhi Lei, special attention should be paid to keeping the air in the greenhouse fresh. Under the premise that the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse will not be too low, the air circulation in the greenhouse should always be maintained. In order to ensure the quality of Ganoderma lucidum, attention should be paid to prevent moth and mildew, and soil disinfection should be carried out before cultivation. When you find moth or moldy Ganoderma lucidum, remove it in time, do not stay in the shed, so as to avoid the spread of miscellaneous bacteria. When Ganoderma lucidum is mature, it should be harvested in time.
When carrying out border planting imitation wild cultivation, you can build a border shed under the shade, or build a small arch shed on the border, plant vines around the shed, build a frame on the shed, and let the vines climb on the shelf to shade. The soil border in the shed is about 1 meter wide and 15 meters long. When planting in the border, remove most of the plastic bags from one end of the bacteria bag, and keep 5 cm to 6 cm at the other end. Keep one end of the plastic bag up and bury it upright into the bed, exposing about 4 cm of soil. The bacterial tubes are arranged in rows, the distance between the tubes is 7 cm, and the two rows of bacterial tubes are staggered with each other. The management method is roughly the same as the above-mentioned bacterial wall cultivation method. Do not drench too much water in the previous month, keep water for 2 or 3 times. Be careful not to sprinkle water directly on the fruiting body. After the cap differentiation, it is necessary to uncover the film and remove part of the shade, so that the transmittance is increased to 50%, and the amount of spraying water is increased.
If the imitation wild cultivation is managed properly, the Ganoderma lucidum stipe is short and thick, the color is deep, the cover is large, which is very similar to the wild Ganoderma lucidum.

Ganoderma lucidum [Ganodermalucidum (Fr.) Karst] is a fungus of the genus Ganoderma lucidum, which has been known as "immortal grass" and "auspicious grass" since ancient times. it is a precious traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine, which has a long medicinal history and high medicinal value in our country. The Eastern Han Dynasty (Shennong Materia Medica Sutra) lists Ganoderma lucidum as the top grade, believing that "eating for a long time, being light and not old, and prolonging the years of immortals". Modern medicine has proved that Ganoderma lucidum contains a variety of physiology
