Ganoderma lucidum section wood culture method
1. For the selection and treatment of logs, hardwood trees such as oak, chestnut, oak, peach, willow, poplar and locust should be selected as logs. Diameter 5~15 cm can be selected. After selecting the tree species, cut them down immediately, but do not have to peel them, and saw them to grow into 1-meter logs. If the moisture content of the tree species is high, it should be piled up and dried until it is driven into the log with a wooden wedge and no sap flows out. It can be inoculated.② The inoculation period should be carried out when the temperature is 20~26℃ and the relative humidity of the air is below 60%, which is conducive to dry culture and avoid miscellaneous bacteria infection. (3) Inoculation, selecting fresh strains cultured for 20 days and newly formed fruiting body primordia. This strain has strong vitality, develops rapidly after being connected to logs, and is not afraid of miscellaneous bacteria infection. Inoculation tools can be used 1~1.2 cm diameter punch, the depth of the log is 1 cm, row spacing 20 cm ×20 cm, in a "pin" staggered arrangement. Vaccinate immediately after punching. Otherwise, the hole is dry, affecting the survival rate. Inoculation should be done in a cool place. Before inoculation, take out the seed (cultivated seed) for inoculation, cut it into small pieces of 1 cm2, gently plug it into the hole, and cover it with wooden wedge or bark after pressing it slightly. Then, gently hammer flat with a small wooden hammer. About 30 days after inoculation, hyphae invaded the logs and brown circles were formed around the holes, indicating that the inoculation had survived. Then, the logs are buried in the cultivation field and managed during the growth period. (4) Management of growth period: after inoculation, the section of wood is shaped into a "well" and dried for 10~15 days. Then, uncover the wedge or bark cover observation, see white hyphae, fungus hole around white or light yellow, then gradually become light brown, wedge or bark cover has been covered with hyphae and fixed, that is, live. Immediately bury the logs in acidic soil at pH5 - 6. If the weather is dry, wet the soil with water.
In case of rainy season or rain, pay attention to drainage to avoid ponding in the site. In addition, a circle of poisonous soil mixed with mirex should be scattered around the cultivation field to trap termites and prevent harm. After the Qingming Festival of the following year, when the temperature rises to about 25℃, several logs can be taken out for inspection, and the bark cover or wedge can be uncovered. The holes have grown into tea brown, or the buds have grown. There are white hyphae or light brown fungus films on both ends of the logs and the special smell of Ganoderma lucidum hyphae can be smelled, indicating that the hyphae have matured. Immediately dig out the log and cut it into small pieces of wood 17~22 cm long. Then, bury it obliquely into the acidic soil containing gravel, expose the upper end of the ground about 3 cm, cover it with weeds for shade, drink once every few days, keep the soil moist, and begin to grow buds after 7~10 days. During the period of bud growth, the humidity of cultivation field was kept at about 90%. Too dry and too wet will cause the death of the chilies. Cultured under suitable temperature and humidity conditions, the buds grow rapidly, first growing stipe, then growing cap. It can be harvested in about two months.
In the process of management, attention should also be paid to prevent miscellaneous bacteria infection. If Penicillium, Mucor, Rhizopus and other miscellaneous bacteria infection are found, the bark and xylem around can be scraped off with burned blades, and then concentrated lime milk can be applied for prevention and control, or cotton balls stained with 75% alcohol can be filled into holes for prevention and control.

Key points of soil covering techniques for cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum and Tilia amurensis
Lingzhi Tilia cultivation, and then covered with soil, can keep moisture, improve yield and increase efficiency. In addition to the same operation and ordinary cultivation, we must master the following technical points: First, site selection and treatment Select a place close to water, convenient transportation, sandy soil, flat, leeward and pollution-free. According to the cultivation amount to determine the corresponding width, preferably rectangular. Remove the weeds around it, remove the weeds of branches and leaves, till it fine, level it, and then adjust the box according to the width of 1 meter to 3.4 meters. The length of the compartment depends on the site, and the depth of the compartment depends on the length of the basswood. II. Overlap

Ganoderma lucidum tiger
The ground tiger belongs to Lepidoptera, Noctuidae. It is not only an important pest on agricultural and forestry crops, but also a common pest in the cultivation of edible fungi such as Ganoderma lucidum, Tremella fuciformis, fungus and Pleurotus ostreatus. It occurs more frequently in outdoor open field sunny bed cultivation and plastic greenhouse. The larvae feed on the hyphae of Ganoderma lucidum, inhibit the growth of hyphae, affect the formation of fruiting bodies, and decrease the yield and quality of Ganoderma lucidum. Morphological characteristics: adult body length 16-23 mm, wingspan 42-54 mm
