1. Regulating light: the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum has a high demand for light and has a strong phototaxis. Too strong and weak light will cause conjoined or deformed cap, too strong will wither the young fruiting body, and too weak will make the stalk grow too long. Uneven light, or two-way light in the morning and afternoon, will cause the fruit body to tilt. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the brightness of the shed to 400-600 lux candlelight and the light source is fixed.

2. Regulating temperature: Ganoderma lucidum is a medium-high temperature fungus, the growth temperature is 12.36 ℃, and the optimum temperature is 25-30 ℃. Close the shed door and cover the plastic film for heat preservation below 20 ℃; open the shed door for more than 30 ℃, open the surrounding plastic film, strengthen ventilation and cool down, and spray water on the roof to cool down.

3. Control humidity: Ganoderma lucidum likes humid environment. The water content of the artificial preparation medium was 60% ℃ 65%, and the fruiting body could differentiate into Ganoderma lucidum between 18 and 32 ℃, but the differentiation was the fastest and the development was the best at about 25 ℃. The most suitable air relative humidity for growth is 80% Murray 90%, and the soil moisture is about 50%. If the humidity is on the high side, ventilation should be used to reduce the humidity and stop watering in the border; if the humidity is on the low side, it is appropriate to spray into the space to improve the relative humidity of the air in the shed.

4. Improve ventilation conditions: Ganoderma lucidum is an aerobic fungus, the fruiting body is extremely sensitive to carbon dioxide, and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air should be controlled below 0.03%. High levels will cause deformities. During the growth and development of the fruiting body, the door of the shed should be opened regularly, the surrounding plastic film should be opened, the ventilation condition should be improved and the concentration of carbon dioxide should be reduced.

5. In the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum with mulberry branches, in order to reduce the production cost, mulberry branches can be used both as culture material and as fuel for sterilization.
