Symptoms of physiological diseases, the growth of deformed Ganoderma lucidum, hyphae stop growing or poor growth of the phenomenon of atrophy, but also the phenomenon of overgrowth.

The etiology is due to improper management in cultivation, resulting in sesame malnutrition; too high or low temperature in the cultivation room, poor ventilation; too high or low water content or ph value of the culture material; uncoordinated light; excessive concentration of harmful gases in the border bed; improper use of pesticides and growth regulators. The mycelium is not mature, the soil is covered prematurely, and the proportion of nitrogen in the culture material is too high, which is easy to cause the mycelium to grow too much.

Prevention and cure method

(1) strengthen cultivation management, timely ventilation, maintain appropriate temperature and humidity, and pay attention to environmental hygiene.

(2) select high-quality bacteria; reasonably prepare culture materials, requiring appropriate nitrogen content, commonly used wheat bran or rice bran generally not more than 20%, so as to avoid mycelium growth; mycelium culture is mature and then cover the soil to produce Ganoderma lucidum.

(3) the border bed can be sprayed with 1% Mui 3% lime water, and then covered with branches and other covers after the surface is slightly dry, which can also prevent mycelium from overgrowing.

(4) choose suitable pesticides and growth regulators to prevent pesticide poisoning.
