2. Alcohol extraction method
The above fragments are put into a pot, 95% edible ethanol which is 8 times the dry weight of Ganoderma lucidum is added, 78% edible ethanol is refluxed for 1 hour, and ethanol is taken out for extracting solution; the residue is added with 75% edible ethanol which is 8 times the dry weight of Ganoderma lucidum, and the second extracting solution is also refluxed; 50% edible ethanol is added for the third time, and the third extracting solution is taken. mixing the three solutions, standing in a liquid storage tank for 10h, collecting supernatant, recovering ethanol, concentrating, and making tincture, oven drying, spray drying, and making capsule.
