Disease Ganoderma lucidum Alternaria
Streptomyces is known as NeurosporasitophilaSh.etDodge, also known as Neurospora or Erythromycosis, Bread Mould, Neurospora, and Candida albicans. It belongs to the subphylum ascomycetes, Chlamydia faecalis and Neurospora. It is a kind of miscellaneous bacteria which is very threatening in the production of edible fungi of Ganoderma lucidum. It occurs and spreads quickly.
The hyphae in the strain bottle changed from gray-white to yellow-white.
The asexual generation of the pathogen belongs to the semi-knowing subphylum, the hyphae are colorless and polyseptal, the conidiophores grow from the hyphae and produce conidia at the top of the conidiophores. In the early stage, the conidia at the top of the conidiophores are long-chain and branchable, and in the later stage, the hyphae can break into spores, irregular shapes, different sizes, pink or orange, pink.
According to the characteristics of the disease, the pathogen is widely distributed, lives on organic matter and spreads through airflow. The culture material was not sterilized thoroughly, the inoculation room or box was not sterilized thoroughly, the aseptic operation rules were not observed during inoculation, the cotton plug was not replaced after damp, and the original seed or mother seed was contaminated with miscellaneous bacteria in the seed bag. Alternaria prefers high temperature and humidity and grows rapidly when there is plenty of oxygen. The high air humidity and poor ventilation in the strain culture room are conducive to the occurrence and spread of the disease, and the occurrence of bacteria is closely related to the indoor and outdoor environmental hygiene conditions of the strain production room.
Prevention and cure method
The main results are as follows: (1) to do a good job in the environmental hygiene of bacteria production houses, centralized disposal and deep burying of wastes to prevent the growth and spread of bacteria.
(2) sterilize the culture material thoroughly to avoid moisture in the cotton plug and reduce the damage to the strain bag.
(3) disinfect the inoculation site and utensils with potassium permanganate.
(4) when inoculating, replace the cotton plug in time and sprinkle a layer of lime powder on the cotton plug to absorb moisture and prevent bacteria.
Potassium permanganate is commonly used.

Disease Ganoderma lucidum Mucor
Mucormucedo (L.) Brefeld, belonging to the subphylum Zygomycetes, Mucor order, Mucor. It can infect edible fungi such as Ganoderma lucidum, Tremella fuciformis, Pleurotus ostreatus and so on. In serious cases, it can lead to the scrapping of bacteria. Symptom Mucor can secrete organic acids and toxins and inhibit the growth of Ganoderma lucidum hyphae. After the injury of the culture medium, the mycelium is gray and stout, and the growth rate is fast. In the later stage, many small yellow-white round granules were produced at the top of the aerial hyphae, and then gradually turned black.

Disease Ganoderma lucidum yeast
Yeast is a kind of ascomycetes without filamentous mycelium structure, which is widely distributed in nature. Ganoderma lucidum, Tremella fuciformis and other edible fungi can pollute the culture medium and culture materials in the production and cultivation process, mainly polluting the culture materials, leading to the deterioration of the culture materials and inhibiting the growth of hyphae. The infection of symptomatic yeast usually starts from the middle of Tremella culture material, which leads to fermentation deterioration and the smell of alcoholic acid, which affects the growth and development of hyphae, and then affects its yield and quality. The pathogen belongs to ascomycetes subphylum fungi.
