1. Clear the ice and snow and open ditches for drainage. Remove the ice and snow accumulated on and around the mushroom shed (house) in time to prevent the mushroom shed (house) from collapsing. Dig the drainage ditch around the mushroom shed (room) to keep the drainage smooth and avoid the attack of Rain Water and snow water on the mushroom material.

2. Stop spraying water and try to keep the material surface dry. Because the edible fungus mycelium goes into hibernation at low temperature, spraying water is easy to die.

3. Strengthen the management of heat preservation in mushroom shed (room). Can be buckled in the greenhouse small arch shed, covered with film, grass curtains and other coverings such as thermal insulation and dehumidification. Plastic film is used as an apron at the bottom of the shed to reduce the invasion of cold air at the bottom; plug the gap and minimize the gap heat dissipation; in the north of the greenhouse, crop straw is piled into a windproof barrier to protect against wind and cold; reduce the number of times in and out of the mushroom room, the temperature inside the mushroom shed (room) is 3-5 ℃ higher than that of the outside, which can basically ensure the activity of mycelium.

4. Spring management. After the temperature rises steadily, spray water to the material surface in time and resume daily management. The shredded twin mushrooms have been cultured for a long time in winter, and the nutrients have been fully transformed, and the mushrooms will be produced in spring. Sufficient water must be ensured, especially when the temperature is high, heavy water should be sprayed, and aeration and oxygen should be increased at the same time. Low temperature in the early stage, mainly heat preservation and moisturizing, less ventilation, light water spraying, to prevent low temperature bacteria injury. In the later stage, it is mainly to reduce temperature and humidification, increase ventilation, make full use of water, and prevent high temperature dead mushrooms.
