To clean the residue inside an old gasoline barrel, first build a stove with brick that is 10 centimeters higher and 10 centimeters wider than the diameter of the barrel, use 10 steel bars that are 16 millimeters thick and 30 centimeters long as stove bars, and leave the air duct of the blower on one side. Weld a steel pipe on the barrel cover of the bucket wall and install a valve to add water and discharge; on the other side of the bucket wall, weld 2 separate pipes (connected with black rubber pipe) to exhaust steam; weld a 4 cm long thin steel pipe l-shaped up and down on one side of the bucket cover, and a transparent plastic pipe is used as the water level gauge in the middle, and then lay the oil barrel on the hearth. When placing, pay attention to the lid forward, the bottom backward, the front low and the back high. Smoke windows are built on the bottom of the barrel to make the best use of waste heat, and furnace walls are built on both sides to cover the lower half of the oil barrel. Such a simple steam generator is successful.
Lay a cement floor or 2 layers of film on one side of the hearth, the area depends on the material, lay bricks or sticks on top and then pile the material, put the exhaust pipe under the stack, cover it with 3-4 layers of film, press it with bricks all around, and then start to burn the steam. The steam ventilation time is 6-8 hours, after which the material pile will be stuffy for another night, and then inoculated. This kind of stove had better be built in the mushroom shed. In winter, you only need to move the oil barrel to the shed and use steam to heat it. When the production task is tight, you can also install a pile of materials on the other side of the stove, and the two stacks can be sterilized by turns. It saves both coal and labor and time, and is more convenient, economical and practical than a soil steamer.
