Almond is the seed of apricot tree, it has bitter, sweet two kinds, not only delicious, but also can be used as medicine. Bitter almonds are easy to vent; sweet almonds are good at moisturizing. Therefore, regular consumption of almond food can relieve lung qi, relieve cough and asthma, moisturize the skin, beauty and beauty.
According to the characteristics of almonds and the demand of the market, through our research, we have developed the following almond products:
1. Solid drinks
(1) ready-to-drink:
Similar to "Guozhen", "coffee" and other instant solid drinks. Using almonds as the main raw material, instant granule powder was made by refinement, quenching and tempering, seasoning and granulation, packed in small bags, washed with cold or hot water according to personal preference, and drunk with cold water or hot water. As there is no high temperature sterilization, so there is no cooked taste, almond flavor is more full-bodied, sweet.
(2) bubble drink type:
It's like making tea in a bag. With almond as the main raw material, with the help of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the function of Chinese herbal medicine, supplemented by other ingredients, small granular almond tea was made.
(3) hobby type:
The main raw materials are tea, almonds, chrysanthemums, mulberry leaves and so on. After drying, they are crushed into particles and packed in small bags. This kind of almond tea is suitable for all people and often has the effect of fitness and beauty.
(4) cool, thirst-quenching and heat-relieving type:
The main raw materials are almonds, chrysanthemums, mint, rock sugar, perilla, ephedra and so on. It is mainly suitable for drinking in hot summer, cool and refreshing, and more suitable for travel, car drivers, especially workers in the hot environment. Through reasonable proportion, this product not only absorbs quickly, has the feeling of cool and thirsty, but also regulates the central nervous system and is easy to eliminate fatigue.
(5) Nutrition and health care:
The main raw materials are almond, ginkgo, lotus seed, litchi, Chinese wolfberry, jujube and so on.
