1. Raw material ratio: honey: garlic: egg yolk: sesame: oil = 15, 20, 20, 5, 5, 8
2. Initial treatment of honey: add pure honey to an appropriate amount of pure water, boil for 3 to 5 minutes, remove foam, and get honey with a sugar content of 20% to 22%.
3. The initial treatment of garlic: choose the garlic with good quality, wash, cut the garlic stalk, peel, remove sundries, dry the surface water, then break it with a crusher, squeeze the juice with a press and add an appropriate amount of clean water.
4. Deodorization treatment of garlic: put the garlic juice in a clean container and leave it at a low temperature of about 5 ℃ for 100 to 120 hours for deodorization treatment, then add edible oil (soybean oil and vegetable oil, sesame oil is the best), mix according to the above ratio, and then stand for 100 minutes for 120 hours. After the solution is delaminated, the solution is separated by a filter, and the upper layer is oil. It can be used repeatedly for 2 or 3 times before eating. The lower layer is a translucent, yellowish deodorized allicin solution.
5. Preparation of honey garlic milk: boil the egg and grind the yolk into the powder; the sesame can be roasted over a gentle fire until it smells the aroma (strictly prevent coke carbonation), take out and cool, grind into powder. Mix egg yolk powder and sesame powder, add honey juice after initial treatment, stir fully, pour into deodorized garlic liquid, stir well, get honey garlic milk, bottle, heat to 121℃ and sterilize for 15 minutes.
