(2) string hanging: the false stem of garlic is strung together with galvanized wire or rope and hung under the eaves before and after the house, or the garlic is tied into a small handful every 8 to 10, and then neatly hung on the wire or rope under the eaves, so that the garlic can dry naturally. No matter which storage method is used, the garlic after harvest should not be exposed to the sun, because once the garlic is exposed, the cloves are easy to shrink, the outer layer is sticky, and the smell of garlic is reduced, deteriorated, and not suitable for long-term storage.

Processing method of sliced red ginger
Wash the ginger, peel it, cut it into slices and rinse with water for 5-7 days, then rinse for 7-10 days. Remove the ginger slices, dry the surface water and cook the sugar.
