2. Variety source: it was bred in 1995 with Zhongzuo 191-1 as female parent and Fenghanzao as male parent by pedigree. The original code is Jiudao 301.

3. Characteristics:

1. Plant characters: plant height 104 cm, plant type compact, leaves erect, strong tillering ability, about 21 effective ears per hole.

2. Panicle characters: ear length 19.2 cm, scattered spike shape, main tiller ear neat, 181 grains per main ear, average 120 grains per spike, medium grain density, seed setting rate more than 90%.

3. Grain characters: grain oval, yellow, sparse and short awn, 1000-grain weight 26g.

4. Quality analysis: according to the standard of NY122-86 "High quality Edible Rice", 8 indexes of milled rice rate, head rice rate, grain length, ratio of length to width, chalkiness, alkali elimination value, gel consistency and protein content reached the first grade standard of high quality rice, and the three indexes of brown rice rate, chalkiness rate and amylose content reached the second grade standard of high quality rice.

5. Stress resistance: artificial inoculation identification, susceptible seedling blast; natural induction identification in different field, susceptible leaf blast, panicle neck blast.

6. Fertility days: middle and late maturing varieties. The growth period is 138days, and the accumulated temperature of ≥ 10 ℃ is 2750 ℃.

IV. Output results:

In 2002, the average yield per hectare in the preparatory trial was 7435.5 kg, 9.6% lower than that of the control Tong35; the average hectare yield in the 2001-2003 regional trial was 8313.7 kg, 3.2% higher than that of the control Tong35; and the average hectare yield in the production trial in 2003 was 7905.0 kg, 4.7% higher than that of the control Tong35.

5. Main points of cultivation:

1. Sowing and transplanting: sparsely sowing strong seedlings, sowing in the first and middle of April, transplanting in the middle and last ten days of May

2. Cultivation density: 30 × 20 cm, 3-4 seedlings per hole
