III. Fish fingerling cultivation period

Fish fingerling cultivation is a large size fish species which can grow summer flowers about 2cm in body length to 5cm~6cm in body length. It is required that the area of the cultivation pond is more than 2 mu, the water source is sufficient, the water quality is good, and the stocking density is 10 tails / square meter ~ 15 tails / square meter. At the same time, sandy soil is the best in the bottom of the pond, and the bottom silt is controlled around 10cm, and the water and fertilizer conservation is good. Finally, each pond must be equipped with mechanical equipment such as aerators and pumps.

(2) Disinfection and fertilization before seedling stocking, both new and old ponds must be cleaned and disinfected. Generally, compound feed is used for domestication and feeding, and the feed is made of imported fish meal, meat and bone meal, blood meal, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, dried fish and insect, etc., and the protein content is more than 35%-45% in the early stage of culture. the crude fat content is 5%-8%; small miscellaneous fish can be used to replace some imported fish meal in the later stage of culture, with a protein content of 30% and a fat content of about 6%. (6) Pelteobagrus fulvidraco has strong disease resistance, as long as the water quality is controlled strictly in accordance with the requirements and routine disinfection and prevention are done, diseases rarely occur. Once the disease occurs, it is necessary to make timely and accurate diagnosis and accurate drug treatment. As Pelteobagrus fulvidraco is a scaleless fish, its tolerance to common drugs is not as strong as that of domestic fish, so it is necessary to give priority to prevention and use efficient and low-toxic drugs as far as possible. It is recommended that regular bait be given as a means of prevention, and monthly use of oxytetracycline and traditional Chinese medicine such as rhubarb and Radix Isatidis with an addition of 0.1% to 0.4% for 3 to 5 days. Try to avoid fish injury in fishing, stocking and transportation, so as to prevent fish from being infected with water mold in early spring, autumn and winter.

3. Cage culture

(1) the first condition of culture is the elaborate production of cages. The cage is made of polyethylene, the mesh of the net is generally required in 2.0cm~3.0cm, the mesh at the bottom of the net is 1.5cm, the specification of the cage is 12 square meters ~ 24 square meters, the shape of the cage is square or rectangular, the depth of the box is 2.0m; the second is to place the cage reasonably. The water quality of the water area set up by the cage requires live, cool and high dissolved oxygen. Put the cage into the water one week before fish stocking to make the cage wall adhere to algae and reduce fish body abrasions. The cage spacing is 2m~3m, and sunshade covers should be added above the cage in areas with strong sunshine. Third, pay attention to the water quality of the source, which requires that the water source is sufficient, stable and free of any pollution, the water depth of the cage is more than 2.5m, and maintain good water quality, the transparency of the water body is above 30cm, and the water exchange capacity is not large.
