First-born sows refuse to breast-feed, and the solutions are as follows:

1. Fix the lactation position.

After delivery, the piglets were fixed beside the lying sows according to the weak and strong ones, and let them find their own nipples, observe and adjust them in time, and stick to them for 2-3 days, then they were fixed and orderly.

2. Cure breast inflammation.

Whenever there is plenty of milk and the sow immediately screams when the piglet sucks the nipple and suddenly stands up and bites the piglet, it means that the sow is suffering from mastitis or trauma and should be treated in time. In addition, the sharp canine teeth of piglets should be cut flat with tooth cutters so as not to bite the nipple.

3. Feed the milk carefully.

The phenomenon of less milk in newborn sows is more common, and they often lie prone and press their nipples under the body to prevent piglets from sucking. It is necessary to carefully feed prolactation milk: (1) 100 grams of soybean milk and 100g tea oil for 2 days; (2) 100 grams of ginger, 100 grams of tangerine peel, 200 grams of fresh asparagus root shoots and 200 grams of bamboo leaves, and 150 grams of malt; (3) 30 grams of fresh @ @ 237 steak 250 grams plus ground bone peel, and a little salt to feed the soup 2 times.

4. Artificial seduction and domestication.

Newborn sows lack of lactation experience, piglets will be stressed, fear and refuse to feed. Can be artificially seduced and domesticated, such as: scratching the belly of sows for piglets to gently suck; often massage the breasts so that piglets will not be excited when they come into contact with nipples; often guard beside sows, combined with fixed lactation position, keep piglets from fighting for nipples and keep sows quiet.
