Shape: the shape of qu milliform tea can be made by 6CB180 Bichun tea shaping machine, 6CCQ50 Quhao dryer, 6CL30 famous tea rolling screw machine, 6CSG50CD7 double pot curling machine, 6CRQ60 bottle curling machine and so on. The general temperature is between 60 and 80 ℃, which requires that while doing shape and drying, pay attention to breathability and maintain the formation of good color in the leaves. The time is generally 20-30 minutes, stir-fry until the tea strips are curled and the water content is 10%-12%, then you can go out of the machine to dry.

Tihao: Bai Hao exposure is the unique feature of qu milliform tea, which is relatively simple and easy in the manual processing of qu milliform famous tea. At present, mechanical lift generally uses various types of dry machines, such as 6CLH-40 (D) hexagonal dry machine, 6CLH-40 type dry machine. When lifting millimeter, the temperature is controlled at 50: 60 ℃, so that the leaves are kept soft when heated, which is good for lifting hair, and the lifting time is generally 10: 15 minutes. When the hair is exposed and the leaves seem to be covered with white, come out of the machine.

Foot dry: the foot dry of qu milliform tea can use miniature famous tea dryer, 6CH941 Biluochun dryer, 6CH901 Biluochun dryer and so on. The foot fire of qu milliform tea generally adopts gentle fire, and the temperature should be controlled between 60 and 70 ℃, and the time is determined according to the water content of the leaves during upper drying. When the water content is reduced to 5% ~ 6% and the tea leaves are fully dry, get off the machine and cool the collection.
