Last Updated: 2024/11/05, The development of Ganoderma lucidum health tea can improve the competitiveness of tea. In this paper, the processing technology of Ganoderma lucidum health tea is briefly introduced. Its technological process: Ganoderma lucidum slice, extraction, filtration, concentration, spray preparation (tea must be reheated first), drying. 1. Ganoderma lucidum slices: considering the comprehensive benefit and the utilization of middle and low-grade tea, it is ideal to choose middle-and low-grade Ganoderma lucidum as raw material. Wash Ganoderma lucidum with clean water and cut into thin slices about 5 mm in size. Set aside. 2. Extraction and filtration: put the prepared slices of Ganoderma lucidum into 100 grams of Ganoderma lucidum and 10% water.

The development of Ganoderma lucidum health tea can improve the competitiveness of tea.

Set aside.

2, extraction and filtration: the prepared Ganoderma lucidum slices were extracted twice in 80 ℃ water bath pot according to the proportion of 100g Ganoderma lucidum and 1000 ml water, the first time was extracted for 1 hour, the filter paper or cotton yarn was filtered on the funnel, the filter residue was extracted again for 3 hours, and then filtered again, and the filtrate was merged into Ganoderma lucidum water extract.

3. Concentration: the extract of Ganoderma lucidum tea is placed in a rotary vacuum dryer and concentrated to 100ml in a 50-60 ℃ water bath. After cooling, it is used as a preparation of Ganoderma lucidum tea.

4. Tea reheating: before the preparation of Ganoderma lucidum tea, the tea blanks should be dried at a temperature of 100℃. Only in this way can the extract of Ganoderma lucidum be fully absorbed inside and outside the tea strips and keep the brewing resistance of the original tea as much as possible. After refiring, the moisture content of tea billet is controlled below 5%.

5. Spray preparation:

(1) proportioning. It is suitable to prepare health tea with the ratio of Ganoderma lucidum to tea as 1 ∶ 5. If the proportion of Ganoderma lucidum is too large, although the fragrance of Ganoderma lucidum is strong, it tastes bitter and tastes bad; if the proportion of Ganoderma lucidum is too small, it loses its flavor and reduces the effect of health tea. In principle, all kinds of tea can prepare Ganoderma lucidum tea, but there are more green tea and oolong tea, especially the best quality of Ganoderma lucidum tea, because the taste and aroma of oolong tea can mask part of the bitter taste of Ganoderma lucidum. In addition, to remove the bitterness of Ganoderma lucidum in Ganoderma lucidum health tea, you can add some licorice or sugar when brewing.

(2) spray mixing. Spray Ganoderma lucidum extract into tea leaves in proportion to two times, that is, spray 500 grams of Ganoderma lucidum concentrate 500 grams, 50 milliliters each time. After the first spray, spray the tea for the second time after it is fully absorbed.

6. Drying: this is the last process in which the tea billet adsorbed Ganoderma lucidum extract is dried at a temperature of 90 to 100 ℃ and baked to 5% moisture content. After packaging, the finished Ganoderma lucidum health tea is made. The above process is simple and easy, and different varieties of health tea can be developed according to the needs of the market. Some Chinese herbal medicines that can be blended with tea can be mixed with tea in a certain proportion to make health tea, as long as it meets the hygienic standards of tea, such as honeysuckle tea, ginkgo health tea and so on.
