Autumn and winter is the golden season for the production of edible fungi, but the economic loss caused by inoculation pollution to mushroom farmers is about 20% every year. The inoculation contamination rate can be reduced by using the following five methods.
First, the bottled fermentation material is placed at the top of the culture medium 4 cm away from the mouth of the bottle into 1 cm to 2 cm deep fermentation material, and then sterilized. Its advantage is that the mixed bacteria are not easy to infect the culture medium, and the bacteria age of the strains is the same.
Second, the method of wheat grain germination allows the wheat grains to germinate and then bottle and sterilize. That is to say, let the wheat seed germinate at one time, the length of the bud is 1-2 times that of the wheat grain, and then fully dry and store. Soak the wheat grain for 12 hours before making the strain, then bottle it directly and sterilize it. The utility model has the advantages of eliminating the process of cooking wheat grains, rapid bacteria and less miscellaneous bacteria. The pollution rate is 2% to 3%.
Third, the liquid medium is used to cultivate the traditional bacteria. The disadvantage of the solid medium is that the bacteria grow slowly, the bacteria age is not consistent, and the probability of mixed bacteria infection is high. The improved method is to use the liquid medium, which overcomes the shortcomings of the solid medium, and the bacteria cultured in the liquid medium can be directly cultivated, and the contamination rate can be reduced to 2%.
4. the bacteria in the lower part of the original bottle are short in age, exuberant in vitality, less in miscellaneous bacteria, quick to feed on the hyphae after inoculation and low in contamination rate. It is suggested that the original species of the normal species 1tick 5 in the upper part of the bottle mouth should be discarded, and the contamination rate can be reduced to 3%.
Fifth, reasonably arrange the seed production season in the high temperature and humid environment, the miscellaneous bacteria spread quickly. The improved method is to be vaccinated at cooler times, such as in the morning or evening. It is better to be vaccinated in an air-conditioned room.
