[cut flower harvest] the harvest site is the pedunculated inflorescence of Chrysanthemum morifolium. When most of the ligulate flowers are unfolded, they can be harvested, and the operation can be carried out when the temperature is low throughout the day. The product is temporarily placed in a cool place and pre-cooled as soon as possible.
[grading] the flowers collected should be graded on the premise of typical characteristics of this species, no damage, pollution and good visual effect: the length of the first-grade cut flower is about 80 cm, the length of the second-grade cut flower is about 70 cm, and the length of the third-grade cut flower is about 60 cm. The difference in length of cut flowers of the same grade should not exceed the standard ±2 cm.
[packaging] the same grade of black-hearted chrysanthemum pedunculated inflorescences were bundled and fixed in bunches, and were coded into film-lined tile-lined cartons marked with product names and breathable holes.
[fresh-keeping management] cut flowers can be stored in an environment with a relative humidity of 90%-95% and a temperature of 2-4 ℃. When storing and transporting, black chrysanthemum is not suitable for dry storage. It should be inserted into the water as much as possible.
[storage period] the black chrysanthemum is not resistant to storage and transportation and is a temporary cut flower. It is usually used now and does not do long-term storage. It should be used as soon as possible after harvest.
[horticultural application] the black-hearted chrysanthemum is colorful and wild, so it can be used as flower arrangement material and bottle flower.
[listing Tip] the supply time of cut flowers of Chrysanthemum morifolium is mainly concentrated in June to September every year. For cut flowers supplied back to the season, the time to market can be advanced, but the quality is usually slightly lower.
