Adult and nymph prick and suck juice on vegetable leaves, causing leaves to shrink and deform, affecting the core. It harms the tender stems, tender leaves, pedicels and tender pods of the seed plants, distorts the pedicels, and cannot bolt, flower and bear fruit normally. In addition, aphids also spread a variety of viral diseases.
Characteristics: Generations overlap is extremely serious. Viviparous reproduction on vegetables all year round in heated greenhouse. In the open field: aphids are produced in late April of the next spring, migrate to the planted cabbage and cauliflower to continue viviparous reproduction, and enter the winter in late October. There are two peaks in spring and autumn in China. Myzus persicae has strong tropism to yellow and orange, but negative tropism to silver gray.
Control methods: ① yellow dish or yellow plate to trap winged aphids, can play a role in preventing aphids and diseases. (2) Pesticide control: spray 50% pirimicarb or imported 50% pirimicarb WP 2000 times, 10% imidacloprid WP 3000 times, 4.5% high-effect cis-trans cypermethrin EC 3000 times. (3) Silver gray film was used to drive aphids in the field, and it was laid at intervals.
