Fresh jujube
The jujube planted in the urban area of Beijing is mainly early and middle-ripe fresh varieties, such as Langjiayuan jujube, egg jujube, Zizyphus jujuba, Ma Yabai jujube, Hongcun white jujube, Changxindian white jujube and so on. Dried jujube
Dry jujube varieties are only distributed in a small amount in the urban area of Beijing, and most of them are concentrated in suburban or suburban mountainous and Piedmont areas, such as Miyun jujube, Xiangshan jujube, jujube, tasseled jujube, Xifengshan jujube and so on. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, a large number of pear jujube was introduced, and a large number of winter jujube was planted in the mid-1990s. However, due to the influence of various natural conditions, the yield of pear jujube planted in Beijing is higher, but the quality is worse than that of its place of origin. Winter jujube is planted late in some areas of Beijing, the yield is low, and can not be fully mature.
