Therefore, when selecting the garden, we should focus on measuring whether the climate, soil, water quality, topography and other conditions are suitable for cultivation. According to the characteristics of Baiya Qilan tea, we should choose the deep soil layer (more than 1 meter), the fertile soil acidity (PH value in 4.5 Mel 6.5), the red and yellow loam, sufficient water source, the slope below 30 degrees, and the mountain and hilly land with an altitude of 500,000m. The planting quality is better, and the tea garden should be concentrated and continuous. After selection, planning and reclamation should be carried out, flat land and gentle slope land, the terrain is relatively flat, easy to develop, while the sloping tea garden should be opened into a horizontal ladder tea garden, first build the ladder wall, and then sort out the ladder surface, the ladder surface requires a certain standard width, in general, the ladder width of planting a row of tea trees is about 2 meters, the steepest slope, the ladder is not less than 1.5 meters. After digging the planting ditch, bury weeds, rubbish, and apply 30ml / mu of miscellaneous fertilizer and 100kg of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus at the bottom of the ditch, then return to the ditch and flatten the topsoil to be planted.
The key to the cultivation of Baiya Qilan tea is how to improve the survival rate and ensure high yield in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the work of four links: seedling selection, selection of the best planting time and method, reasonable planting and post-planting management.
① seedling selection: tea seedlings with strong growth, root development, no diseases and insect pests, no hybrid, seedling age of more than 2 years and seedling height of more than 25cm must be selected.
② colonization time and method: Baiya Qilan tea is suitable for early spring in January-February or Grain in Beard, where there is plenty of water, it can also be planted before and after Frosts Descent Transplanting with soil, seedling injury as little as possible with more soil, tea seedlings before planting should be cut, keep 15-20cm high, planting first dig (or hand pick open) 15cm deep ditch hole, straighten tea seedlings, so that its root system stretch straight, then layer by layer back to the soil, layer by layer step on firm, buried more than half of the soil after pouring enough fixed planting water, after water infiltration, continue to add, until flat with the mud door.
Reasonable close planting of ③: generally, it is suitable to plant in a single row with two plants in a single row with a large row spacing of 1.2m / m, a plant spacing of 0.3m / m and a small spacing of 0.3m / mu, and 3500 plants per mu.
④ post-planting management: after planting, it is necessary to do a good job in the nursing of young tea, that is, drought and freezing resistance, filling of seedlings, reasonable fertilization, regular pruning, topping light picking and pest control and so on.
Do a good job in the above four links, the survival rate of tea seedlings is high, but also lay a solid foundation for high yield of tea in the future.
