1. Technological process:

2. Main points of operation:

1. Raw material picking: length 3~3.5cm, cutting length requires high uniformity.

2. spread out: concentrate the picked raw materials and spread them out in a room with good ventilation and convection conditions. generally, bamboo mats or plastic films are used as floor mats to dry the surface moisture in a natural state.

3. Drum kill: put the raw materials on the drum machine for head killing, and the drum temperature is controlled at 85-95 ℃.

4. Cool air: set up blowing facilities at the discharge port, the wind is continuous under the material, after the cutting is over, continue to blow 3~5min.

5. Hot air secondary killing: put the air-cooled raw materials on the sieve plate of the hot air baking machine, put in 2000250 ℃ hot air, bake and shake until the raw materials are 780% dry, and complete the second green killing.

6. Knead and twist: in the bamboo plate, hold the raw material after moderate heat dissipation with both hands, push and knead forward, use wrist strength for appropriate pressure, knead until there is a slight stem sap overflow and moisturization.

7. Billet, cool: the wet billet after kneading is shaken in time and evenly spread out in the bamboo plate, so that it continues to emit hot air and part of moisture in the natural state, so that the moisture in the stem is evenly dispersed and easy to dry.

8. Hot air drying: it is consistent with the second green operation of hot air, and can be stopped when it is crushed by hand.

9. Finished product: the water content of the finished product is 810%, and the yield is 1820%.

10. Packaging: immediately packed at a cooling temperature of about 45 ℃ to prevent the finished product from absorbing moisture and easy to cause mildew.
