The operation steps of herbal tea production:

1. Extraction: add all the Chinese herbal medicines that have been rinsed, add hot water about XL85 ℃ to the extraction tank, quickly heat up to 100 ℃, maintain boiling state for 20 minutes, then quickly extract the medicine solution and cool it to the standard pot by plate. After the first discharge, the second decoction was carried out, and then the hot water about XL85 ℃ was added. The temperature was rapidly heated to 100 ℃, and the boiling state was maintained for 10 minutes. Then the liquid was quickly extracted and cooled to the standard pot by plate.

5. Slag discharge: after the extraction tank is finished, empty the residue, and use filtered water to wash the residue of the separator, tank wall and bottom cover screen of the extraction tank (which should be cleaned emphatically, otherwise it will affect the discharge speed of the batch liquid) and other parts of the extraction tank.

6. Centrifugation and filtration.

7. Ingredients: add the syrup corresponding to the ingredients, pump into all the filtered liquid, stir evenly and fix the volume.

8. UHT sterilization: the feed solution was sterilized by UHT at 137 ℃, 30s.
