Method of operation: (1) Mandarin Fish is boned, cut into fines, starched, and foamed with water, ready for use. (2) put minced fish in a warm oil pan, add broth, Chinese wolfberry and seasoning, thicken and serve. Features: fresh and tender, smooth.
