Innovative mechanism produces the largest tea county in Guangxi
"Chinese Famous Tea Annals" records: Lingyun Baihao tea is a historical famous tea, founded before Qianlong of Qing Dynasty, originated in Lingyun County. "Guangxi Tongzhi Draft" said: Baihao tea... The tree is two feet tall, seven or eight feet small, tender leaves such as longan leaves and thin, hence the name. All are wild. In 1937,"Guangxi specialty items" contains: white tea, the tree is two feet tall, seven feet small, tender leaves such as silver needles, old leaves such as longan trees and thin, all have white hair, so the name, all belong to wild. "Chinese tea tree fine collection","Chinese tea history","Chinese famous tea anthology" have Lingyun Baihao tea records. This was a precious treasure bestowed upon Ling Yun by nature. Lingyun people seized the wealth belonging to Lingyun people and transformed it from wild tea tree cultivation into the leading industry for Lingyun people to become rich today. As early as Hongzhi of Emperor Xiaozong of Ming Dynasty (1488), the ancestors of Han nationality in Longxitun, Baima Village, Sicheng Town, migrated from the Central Plains, opened up the first tea garden in Lingyun history on the slope surrounded by Dashi Mountain, and then gradually popularized planting in all parts of the county. In the 1930s, Baihao tea collected by local farmers began to be exported to Hong Kong and Macao. In the 1950s, it began to export to Algeria, Morocco and other countries. Since then, Lingyun tea development has gone through several climaxes.
In the early 1960s, Baihao tea began to attract the attention of the government, and in 1963, the government took government action to establish the state-owned Yuhong Tea Farm in Lingyun County, covering an area of 1050 mu. Farmers in Yuhong and Jiayou townships also planted tea one after another.
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Lingyun ushered in the second peak of tea planting. With the deepening of reform and opening-up and economic construction, Lingyun County Party Committee and County People's Government have developed 10000 mu of barren hills at the junction of Yangli Village, Jiayou Town and Panxian Village, Yuhong Township, and built a 10000 mu high-yield tea demonstration farm. The county has also issued a series of policies to encourage farmers, government officials and government units to cultivate tea. The county has unified coordination, integrated poverty alleviation, forestry, land, civil affairs and other funds, invested in the development and planting of tea. The government units have successively focused on tea, established economic entities of government organs, and civil affairs departments have also established various civil relief entities. The government gave preference to financial, poverty alleviation, forestry and other policies and funds, so that Baihao tea has been rapidly developed. The planting scope has gradually expanded from Yuhong and Jiayou to Luolou, Shali, Chaoli and other towns, and the area has increased from 15000 mu in 1985 to more than 30000 mu in 1990. After 1990, Lingyun County put forward the development idea of vigorously developing tea, and further strengthened the support for tea. In the upsurge of developing village-level collective economy carried out all over the country, 70% of the 110 villages (streets) in the county chose tea among the 110 villages (streets) striving for project approval and application projects.
In 2000, Lingyun County Party Committee and County People's Government put forward the development idea of building a production base for white tea in China. Successive Party committees and governments did not change their ideas, and the baton passed through successive generations of leaders. By 2006, the area of tea mountain in the whole county reached 105,000 mu, of which 62,000 mu had passed the national pollution-free certification, and 0.27 million mu had passed the organic certification of the European Union International Ecological Certification Center. 0.53 million mu has passed the organic conversion of Zhongnong Quality Certification Center. It is suitable to choose acid soil for cultivation, and it can be used after composting with garden soil, rotten leaf soil, mud or bran cake. it is better to collect mountain mud containing more humus in the gully of forest area. The planting time is better in winter and spring, and seedlings bought from the market or mailed can be put on the pot directly in early spring. First put tiles on the bottom of the basin (plastic gauze net can also be), add potted soil to plant seedlings, should not be too deep, cover 1 cm-2 cm thick soil above the root, immediately pour water after planting, you can keep it in the shade.
