In the Tangshili orange orchard in the two cities of Shaodong County, we saw that nearly 100000 young Wenzhou mandarins were picked and wasted. After repeated trial production, we made some "rue tea". "rue tea" is easy to make. Take 9 parts of tea and 1 part of mandarin flowers, stir-fry them, knead them and then dry them. Another method is to dry the mandarin flowers in the sun, and then mix them with tea leaves and dry them. The aroma of the former method is uniform, and the latter can be mixed with tea at any time.

According to the experiment, the best ratio of flower to tea is 1 ∶ 9. If there are too many flowers, the fragrance of tea will be diluted; if there are too few flowers, the fragrance is not good. When picking, the budding flower is the best, the aroma is strong, and it is not easy to separate from the petals when kneading.
