Last Updated: 2024/11/06, ● air-filled nitrogen fresh-keeping is to use nitrogen to replace the air in the bag to prevent the oxidation of tea, so as to achieve aging and deterioration of tea. Green tea was packed with nitrogen in aluminum foil bags. After 6 months of storage, the vitamin C content could be kept above 96%. Nitrogen-filled packaging in the inflating process must pay attention to the firmness of the bag seal, to prevent the occurrence of insufficient nitrogen or air leakage. Before packing with nitrogen, first remove the air from the bag to form a vacuum, and then fill it with nitrogen.

● aeration and nitrogen filling to keep fresh

Nitrogen is used to replace the air in the bag to prevent the oxidation of tea, so as to achieve the aging and deterioration of tea. Green tea was packed with nitrogen in aluminum foil bags. Nitrogen-filled packaging in the inflating process must pay attention to the firmness of the bag seal, to prevent the occurrence of insufficient nitrogen or air leakage. Before packing with nitrogen, first remove the air from the bag to form a vacuum, then fill it with nitrogen and seal it tightly. The whole process is completed by a special pumping nitrogen packing machine.

● deoxidizing packaging for fresh-keeping

Deoxidization packaging fresh-keeping refers to the use of good sealing composite film container, into the tea and then add a small packet of deoxidizer and then seal. The deoxidizer is a specially treated active iron oxide, which can react with oxygen in the packaging container, thus consuming the oxygen in the package. The tea packaged by this method can keep the tea in an oxygen-free state for a long time in order to achieve the purpose of keeping fresh. FTS, a special antistaling agent for tea developed by Tea Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, is a deoxidizer suitable for the preservation of famous and high-quality green tea. The aroma and taste quality of packaged tea is better than that of nitrogen-filled packaging, and the vitamin content is basically unchanged after 80 days.
