Techniques of softwood cutting of Lycium barbarum
Softwood cutting is a new technology that has emerged in recent years, which is characterized by high reproduction rate, saving cuttings and land, 200 cuttings per square meter, and the survival rate is more than 70%. Therefore, this method of reproduction is vigorously used in production.
First, cutting time: cutting is mostly carried out from May to July in production. The seedling growth period of cuttings after August is short, and the seedlings in the same year are small and can not come out of the nursery, but they can be cultivated in bed in the following year, and their side branches are still very good cuttings.
Second, cuttings collection: semi-lignified branches were collected from superior varieties or excellent individual plants, cut into 3-4 nodes and 6-8 nodes, and leaves were retained to facilitate survival.
Third, cutting treatment: add water 2500 times with Chinese wolfberry rooting agent No. 1, then add talc powder to make paste, or Chinese wolfberry rooting agent No. 2 add water 1000 times, quickly stick to the lower end of the cuttings 1-1.5cm before cutting.
4. Cutting method: according to the row spacing of 5cm × 10cm, insert the deep hole of 1cm~2cm in the sand bed with twigs, insert the cuttings dipped with rooting agent into the hole, fill the fine sand, and compact slightly with your fingers. Then spray water, cover the plastic arch shed and shade, so that the light transmittance is about 30% of the natural light, the relative humidity is more than 80%, and the temperature is 30 ℃ ~ 34 ℃.

Drinking Chinese wolfberry tea can prevent kidney stones.
Chinese wolfberry tea can help prevent kidney stones, according to a study by a doctor in the urology department of the second military Medical University. Although there are many causes of kidney stones, the doctor believes that Chinese wolfberry has the effect of antioxidation and can effectively reduce the damage of renal tubular epithelial cells, thus preventing the formation of renal calcium oxalate stones. Because some studies have shown that the injury of renal tubular epithelial cells is the earliest basic lesion of stone formation. Through animal experiments, the doctor verified his point of view: the right amount of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (the main active ingredient in Lycium barbarum)
