Cutting and Seedling-raising techniques of Lycium barbarum
Lycium barbarum is a perennial deciduous shrub of Solanaceae, about 2 meters high, with angled and spiny branches; simple leaves alternate or clustered on short branches, lanceolate or rhombic, entire; flowers purplish red; berries, orange-red, ovate or long oval. Chinese wolfberry like cold, cool and humid fertile soil, cold-resistant, drought-resistant, wind and rain-resistant, but not resistant to high temperature, and can grow normally in barren roads, ditches and canals.
Lycium barbarum can be propagated by seed, and it can also be propagated by split, pressing and cutting. this paper mainly describes the method of raising seedlings by cutting in facilities.
1. Land preparation and border preparation: combined with the application of 5000 kg of soil miscellaneous fertilizer, 100kg of three-element compound fertilizer or 150kg of compound fertilizer per mu, the tillage depth is more than 30cm, the soil is raked up, the land is leveled, and the fertilizer is mixed evenly, and then make a flat bed 1 meter wide, with the north-south border as the best.
2. Cutting cuttings: in late February, one-year-old branches with full development and free of diseases and insect pests were cut from Chinese wolfberry trees and cut into cuttings with a length of 15cm. The upper mouth should be flat and the lower cut mouth was oblique, a bundle of cuttings for every 100. store them in sand in the house and keep them at about 5 ℃ at room temperature.
3. Buckle film: in early March, choose a sunny and windless day, cover the plastic film on the shed to bake the ground, and raise the temperature of the shed.
4. Management of cuttings: in late March, the cuttings were taken out and soaked in running water for one day and night, then directly or obliquely inserted on the border in the shed, requiring about 10 cm of soil, 5 rows per row, plant spacing of 10 cm × 20 cm, and watered thoroughly after planting. Through measures such as uncovering, covering cloth and releasing air, the temperature of the greenhouse is controlled above 12 ℃, the surface is moist, and can germinate in about 25 days. After germination, the temperature of the greenhouse is controlled above 10 ℃, and the surface is slightly wet (or 75% relative humidity). When grass grows on the border, shallow and medium ploughing can be used to weed and raise the ground temperature. In the middle of April, after a period of time, you can go to the greenhouse film, if you have insects, you can use 3000 times the enemy to kill and control, other management is the same as on land.

Cultivation techniques of Lycium barbarum L. in greenhouse
Lycium barbarum is a vegetable planted once and benefited for many years. Greenhouse planting Lycium barbarum, winter use of greenhouse covered with plastic film insulation, summer cultivation of balsam pear, loofah shade humidification, can achieve annual supply. The cultivation techniques are described as follows: 1. Seedling. Generally in February, late to early March cut wild Lycium barbarum strong branches cuttage propagation. 1 seedbed preparation. selecting leeward and sunny land, convenient irrigation and drainage, and far away from pollution, eliminating weeds in the middle of January, deeply turning 15 - 20cm, and applying decomposed human fertilizer every 667 square meters

Drinking Chinese wolfberry tea can prevent kidney stones.
Chinese wolfberry tea can help prevent kidney stones, according to a study by a doctor in the urology department of the second military Medical University. Although there are many causes of kidney stones, the doctor believes that Chinese wolfberry has the effect of antioxidation and can effectively reduce the damage of renal tubular epithelial cells, thus preventing the formation of renal calcium oxalate stones. Because some studies have shown that the injury of renal tubular epithelial cells is the earliest basic lesion of stone formation. Through animal experiments, the doctor verified his point of view: the right amount of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (the main active ingredient in Lycium barbarum)
