Choose a clean and ventilated room with 4-5 beds with a distance of 50 cm and the ground floor 30 cm from the ground. The single layer of bacterial bag is vertically placed on the shelf, and 100 bags are discharged per square meter. two。 Cultivation raw materials and formulations. (1) 23% sawdust, 23% cottonseed hull, 28% bean stalk powder, 19% wheat bran, 5% corn meal, 1% sucrose, 1% calcium carbonate; (2) 36% sawdust, 25% cottonseed hull, beans

1. Cultivation site and setting. Bag cultivation adopts the layer shelf cultivation method of mushroom house (shed).

(1) miscellaneous sawdust 23%, cottonseed hull 23%, bean stalk powder 28%, wheat bran 19%, corn flour 5%, sucrose 1%, calcium carbonate 1%; (2) miscellaneous sawdust 36%, cottonseed hull 25%, bean stalk powder 2%, corncob 18%, wheat bran 15%, corn meal 2%, gypsum powder 1%, calcium superphosphate 1%; (3) cottonseed hull 40%, sawdust 20%, corncob 20%, wheat bran 18%, gypsum powder 2%. (4) corncob 60%, sawdust 20%, wheat bran 18%, gypsum powder 2%; (5) bagasse 70%, rice bran 20%, cornmeal 7%, sucrose 1%, calcium superphosphate 1%, gypsum powder 1%.

3. Matching, bagging, sterilization. The specification of plastic bag is 17cm × 34cm × 38cm × 0.05cm. Polypropylene bag is selected for cultivation in autumn, and high density and low pressure polyethylene bag is suitable for low temperature in winter. The culture material is weighed according to the proportion of the formula and mixed well, and the water content is adjusted to 62%-68%. The pH value is natural. Each bag contains 600 grams of wet material, folded, tied and sealed, and sterilized under atmospheric pressure at 100 ℃ for 12 hours. When the temperature of the material bag is below 28 ℃, it can be inoculated under aseptic condition, 40 bags per bottle (750ml); when the natural temperature is low, the inoculation amount should be increased appropriately, 20 bags per bottle. After inoculation, the bacterial bags were placed vertically on the bed frame, cultured in the absence of light, and kept at room temperature for 25 ℃.

4. Mushroom management. (1) time to open the bag. After inoculating the bacterial bag, the mycelium could grow into the whole bag after 30-40 days in the culture room with 25 ℃, 70% air relative humidity and dark light. Continue to cultivate for 10-20 days to give the conditions of bud induction. It is not suitable to open the bag when the temperature is higher than 20 ℃, and it is the best when the temperature is 10: 18 ℃. When opening the bag, roll the bag film outward and fold it to 2 cm higher than the material surface, or cut off the material surface bag film. If the buds are too dense, thinning buds should be carried out, and 3 or 4 strong mushroom buds should be kept in each bag. Then put the bacterial bag upright on the bedstead, leaving a certain gap between the bags. If cultivated with 15 cm × 55 cm (0.8 kg ~ 1 kg dry material per bag), wall cultivation can be used instead, the mouth of the bag can be arranged cross, and mushrooms can be produced on both sides of the bacterial wall. (2) temperature control. The temperature should be controlled at 10-20 ℃. (3) humidity management. In the stage of primordium formation, the air relative humidity of the mushroom room was maintained at 85%-95%; when the diameter of the cap grew to 2-3 cm, the air relative humidity should be 85%. (4) ventilation management. The formation of fruiting body primordia is mainly moisturizing, which can appropriately reduce ventilation. With the growth and development of the fruiting body, it is necessary to increase the number of ventilation and prolong the ventilation time. If the bed is covered with film in the low temperature season, the film should be uncovered and ventilated once or twice a day. When a large number of mushroom buds occur, uncover the film in time and increase ventilation. (5) Light management. The growth and development of fruiting body needs enough scattered light, and the regulation of light should take into account other factors in the mushroom room. When the temperature is low, the light intensity can be increased, and the light intensity should be reduced when the temperature is high.
