The yield of "wavy" mushroom planting is high.
The wavy cultivation mode is to spread the culture material on the bed surface into a kind of undulating wave when spreading materials and sowing seeds. Compared with the plane cultivation bed, the mushroom production area of this cultivation model can be increased by more than 50%; it is better than the plane cultivation method in removing harmful gases in the material and regulating the material temperature; without increasing any investment, the yield per unit area can be increased by 30% and 40%.
The implementation method is that the production procedures such as batching in the early stage of production, fermentation, arrangement of cultivation sites, disinfection and management in the later stage of cultivation are the same as those of conventional cultivation methods, but the differences are as follows: first, the width of the box is designed to be 1.2 meters, which is beneficial to improve the utilization rate of ordinary agricultural film; second, the use of layered sowing, that is, two layers of material and two layers of seed, can speed up the speed of bacteria generation. Third, when spreading and sowing, the box surface is longitudinally paved into 3 strips of material 30 cm wide at an equal distance, with a thickness of 10 cm, leaving 2 gaps of 15 cm wide in the middle. After the material surface is slightly leveled, sow the bacteria with a seed amount of 1cm, then spread a layer of 15 cm thick on the material surface, and at the same time lay the material 3 cm thick in the gap that needs to be left, and then arrange the material surface into the shape of a tortoise back to form a wave peak and trough, with a wave peak height of 22 cm and a wave line bottom width of 15 cm. Finally, spread the remaining 2 cm 3 bacteria evenly all over the material surface, gently pat flat with a wooden board, cover with film and grass curtain, and keep warm and moisturizing. Carry on the germ management. After 15-20 days, the hyphae grew into the material 1 / 2 or 2 / 3, and covered the artificially improved soil in time. When covering the soil, the thickness of the wave crest and trough should reach 5 cm thick, and a large number of mushrooms can be produced in the peaks and troughs 15-18 days after the cover.

Processing technology of shredded louver mushroom
First, the origin of the name: shredded louver mushroom, the full name is "shredded four micro-louver mushroom", imitating tripe food, using Pleurotus ostreatus to cover and cut into long strips of mushroom 0.5 centimeters wide, just like white tripe. Taste is slightly salty, slightly spicy, slightly sweet, slightly sour ready-to-eat food or convenience food. 2. Technological process: wash Pleurotus ostreatus, → shredded, rinse →, protect color, kill green, → cooling, filling →, filling juice, sealing, → sterilization and cooling. Third, the basic operating procedure: ① cap shredding. Harvest large slices of Pleurotus ostreatus under medium well

Pleurotus ostreatus has a bright future
On the morning of July 31, Hangzhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Hangtou Town Government held an on-site exchange meeting on new varieties and technologies of rare edible fungi at Huangmugang vegetable base in Hangtou Town. Leaders and experts from Hangzhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Bureau of Agriculture, Bureau of Science and Technology, Science and Technology Association, as well as agricultural scientists and technicians from various counties and cities in Hangzhou, inspected the experimental greenhouse of rare edible mushrooms in the vegetable base. According to Zhou Zufa, director of Hangzhou Edible Mushroom Station, Jinfu mushroom is a kind of high temperature mushroom, which can be produced at temperatures ranging from 28 ℃ to 35 ℃.
