You can also point and slice to break the material surface, remove the old fungus skin and mushroom root, form callus, accumulate nutrients and kink into buds respectively.

(3) insertion stimulation: after the mycelium is penetrated, a small stick or board is inserted into the fungus bed at the depth of 2mur3 cm, so that the vegetative hyphae touch or wind around the stick during growth and spread, forming a dense mycelium and promoting the formation of a large number of fruiting bodies.

(4) temperature difference stimulation: Pleurotus ostreatus is a variable temperature fruiting bacteria. The greater the temperature difference, the faster the mushroom will emerge. If cultivated in winter, the temperature is high during the day, the fire is heated, and the temperature is low at night, so it is necessary to cease fire. It can artificially increase the day-to-night temperature difference of 6 ℃ and 8 min, and promote the budding of hyphae.

(5) hormone stimulation: growth hormone can induce cell division and growth, promote body respiration, increase the absorption of nutrients by mycelium and increase the activity of many enzymes, so as to accelerate the growth of mycelium and bud in advance. And can increase the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus.
