Five points for attention in fish species management in autumn

The water temperature is suitable in autumn, which is the peak season for fish growth. Fish species management should do a good job in the following five tasks.

1. Clear the pond. Transfer the fish to a pond that has been cleaned and sterilized for cultivation. Where there are difficulties in the circulation of water sources and fish ponds, all the fish can be transferred out of the temporary culture, then disinfect the original pond with quicklime 75~100kg per 667m2 of water surface, and fertilize the water quality according to the conventional method, and then return the fish to the fish after the medicine disappears.

two。 Separate cultivation. Due to the large size of fish species, large food consumption, strong ability to grab food, if large and small size of fish mixed culture, small fish will not eat enough feed and physical decline. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the fish species according to different specifications. Fish species above 6cm can be cultured in adult fish ponds, while smaller fish species need to be cultivated in special ponds.

3. Sparse. The breeding of larger fish species in autumn is an important link to improve the survival rate of overwintering fish. It should be sparse reasonably according to the size and depth of water surface to promote the growth of fish species. In a pond with a water depth of 1.5m, there are 4000000 fish species with a body length of 7~8cm per 667m2 of water. Generally, the fish can reach 13~17cm by the end of the year.

4. Bait. The diurnal variation of water temperature in autumn is small, the fish species grow rapidly and the food intake is large, so the feed supply must be ensured. In the fish ponds dominated by herbivorous fish and matched with silver carp and bighead carp, green feed should be used and concentrate should be fed properly. Every ten thousand grass carp were fed with duckweed 1.5~2.5kg every day. First put in green feed, then concentrate feed to avoid grass carp competing with other fish for food. Bait should be fixed in quality, quantity, timing and positioning. The mixed-cultured silver carp and bighead carp should be fertilized regularly, once every 10 to 15 days, and the fermented human and animal manure 70~90kg should be applied every 667m2 of water. The transparency of the pool water is maintained at 30~35cm. The fry ponds with silver carp and bighead carp as the main species and grass carp should be fertilized and supplemented by bait. In addition to applying basic fertilizer, topdressing was applied every 5-10 days, and 80~100kg was applied to mature human and animal manure every 667m2 of water. At the same time, 24 kg concentrate was given per 10 000 fish fry per day, and green feed 60~90kg was given to every 10 000 grass carp before concentrate feed.

5. Patrol the pool. During the period of fish breeding, we should patrol the pond every day, observe the food intake and living conditions of fish, change new water frequently, and add new water once a week. The food farm should be cleaned frequently, remove the residual bait in time, sprinkle it with bleach 0.5kg and water around the food farm every half a month, find sick fish and dead fish, fish out and bury them in time, and make a quick diagnosis and give them drug treatment.
