Fish with scallion oil

Practice: 1. Kill grass carp and remove phosphorus, clean chamber, wash, cut both sides of the fish with a word knife, put the fish into the pot, add spring onions, ginger and boil for about 15 minutes, fish out until cooked, put on a fish plate. 2. Sprinkle salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper on the fish, top with shredded onion and ginger, add cooking wine and soy sauce to marinate slightly. 3.
