Function and use: Amproline is an anti-coccidial drug on the market in the 1960s. This product is highly efficient, safe and not easy to produce drug resistance, so it is still widely used. The structure of this product is similar to that of thiamine, so it can inhibit the metabolism of thiamine and play the role of anti-coccidiosis. This product can not only inhibit the growth and reproduction of the first generation merozoites at the peak of coccidial activity, but also inhibit the sporozoite stage of gametogenesis to a certain extent. It is often used for the prevention and treatment of chicken and duck coccidiosis in clinic.

Dose and usage: amproline hydrochloride, poultry mixture feeding concentration of 100mg / kg.

Note: long-term application of high dose can cause vitamin B1 deficiency in ducklings, and the toxic reaction can be weakened by adding vitamin B1, but the anti-coccidial effect begins to weaken when the vitamin B1 content in each kilogram of feed is more than 10 mg.
