1. Zhonghua Pollen Oral liquid

(1) Formula: single honey pollen, vitamin C, sucrose, honey, glucose, citric acid, etc.

(2) technological process: pollen → pollen liquid → honey → honey → sucrose → glucose → syrup → excipients additive → distilled water → oral liquid → sub-package

The product can improve immunity, reduce blood lipids and anti-fatigue.

2. Pollen oral liquid

(1) Formula: (calculated according to 1000 10ml/ branches) 2kg of pollen and honey, appropriate amount of citric acid, sodium benzoate and essence.

(2) preparation method: ① pollen pretreatment: add sterile water to the wall-broken pollen after impurity removal, desensitization and sterilization, keep the liquid temperature at 50-55 ℃, stir for 2-3 hours, filter with a sieve of more than 120 mesh, and set aside the supernatant for 42 hours. ② honey pretreatment: stir honey with a small amount of water, heat to 45 ℃, filter with 60-mesh sieve, then heat to 60 ℃, filter with 90-mesh sieve and fine filter with 120-mesh sieve, cool to 45 ℃. ③ stirring and filtering: mix pollen extract, honey water, sodium citrate benzoate and essence evenly. Put it under-25 ℃, freeze for 24 hours, take the solution and filter through aseptic filter. Leave the filtrate in reserve. ④ sub-packaging, sealing, light inspection, inspection, packaging, factory.

Pollen oral liquid and health nutrition oral liquid are extracted, processed and prepared from asparagus and pollen, which can promote metabolism, improve immunity, prevent cancer and so on.

3. Pollen soda

(1) Formula: pollen 10kg, honey, sugar 6kg, citric acid 7g, diatomite 2kg, vitamin B2 appropriate amount.

(2) preparation method: ① honey pretreatment: heat the honey to 60 ℃, keep it for 30 minutes, sieve and set aside. ② extraction of pollen solution: removing impurities, sterilization and desensitization of pollen. Then add water about 1 times the weight of pollen to make a paste, extract with about 5 times alcohol, put forward the effective components of pollen, steam off the alcohol, get the extract, filter, and set aside. ③ mixing: add sugar, honey and citric acid to the pollen extract, stir for 4 to 5 hours, then add diatomite and continue to stir for 1 hour. ④ filtration: filter with a plate and frame filter to clarify the filtrate, and then add an appropriate amount of vitamin B2 coloring. ⑤ bottling, labeling, inspection into storage.

4. Pollen fitness wine

(1) Formula: 50kg of pollen and honey, 200kg of distilled water and liquor (40-50 degrees), appropriate amount of citric acid and essence.

(2) preparation method: ① pollen pretreatment: put the pollen in a low-temperature refrigerator of-20 ℃ and freeze for 24 hours, then quickly put it into 90 ℃ of hot water and stir fully with a high-speed mixer until the temperature dropped to 45 ℃. ② mixing: add honey and liquor to the pollen extract, continue stirring for 4 hours, then add activated carbon 2kg, stir well and let stand for 2 ~ 3 days. ③ filtration: clear liquor is obtained by plate and frame filtration. ④ adjust the liquor: adjust the acidity of the wine to 0.45-0.5 with citric acid and the flavor to the right taste. ⑤ sub-package labeling, inspection, storage.
