Characteristics: weak spring. The bulk weight is about 780 grams / liter, the crude protein content is 15.41%, the wet gluten content is 32.1%, the sedimentation value is 55.5 ml, the evaluation value is 71, the bread volume is 732 cubic centimeters, and the bread score is 82.8.
