County Mayor Pan Meng-an stressed that Taiwan's cocoa industry has emerged on the world stage, and will gradually upgrade its real estate industry in the future, creating 185 county roads as historical and industrial corridors.

County Mayor Pan Mengan said that in addition to promoting cocoa cultivation, Pingtung County is also actively striving for the World Chocolate Grand Prix (ICA) Asia-Pacific Regional Competition to be held in Pingtung County, so that the Pingtung cocoa industry can create a new image of "cocoa is in Pingtung, there is cocoa in Pingtung", attract international tourists, and promote the vigorous development of the agricultural tourism industry. Let the cocoa industry take root and sprout in Pingtung and enter the stage of blossom and fruit.

Pan Mengan, the county magistrate, pointed out that the "Pingtung County Ke Zhuang Cocoa Industry Interregional Promotion Institute" is the development center of the cocoa industry in the future, integrating all kinds of cocoa commodities, agricultural specialties and ecological education exhibition parks, through diversified business models, comprehensively improve the quality of Pingtung cocoa tourism, and promote the surrounding economic benefits, and become a new bright spot of six piles of eco-tourism.

The Pingtung County Hakka Office said that the project base of the "Pingtung County Hakka Cocoa Industry Promotion Institute" is located in the Catholic diocese of Jiazuo Village, Wanluan Township, close to the eco-tourism belt of 185 County Road. Nearby, there are famous scenic spots such as the Wanjin Notre Dame Temple, the Wugoushui settlement, Wanluan Pig foot Street, Wanluan suspension Bridge and the Wularuzi tribe.
