A New Formula for Fast growth and High yield of Pleurotus ostreatus
Tea mushroom, also known as tea tree mushroom, is a rare delicious health food, which sells well in the market. at present, the price of fresh mushroom is up to 20 yuan / kg. At present, the yield of artificial cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus is low, which is mainly controlled by the strain and the formula of cultivation materials. In this paper, several ideal new formulas of cultivation materials are introduced as follows:
1. Tea shell powder 70%, rice bran 20%, tea meal powder 5%, sucrose 2%, lime 1%, gypsum 1%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1%. Take the dry material according to the formula ratio, the ratio of material to water is 1 ∶ 1.25, mix well, pile up and pat tightly for one night, pack it into dry material bags, uniformly compacted, sterilize at 121℃ for 2 hours, and inoculate at both ends after cooling. After inoculation, the cultivation material was placed under the condition of temperature 22: 26 ℃ and air relative humidity 60%-70%. During the period of mushroom production, the air relative humidity is increased to 90%, which is managed according to the routine. Its yield is higher than that of cottonseed shell culture material, increasing by 47.4%. The tea mushroom cultivated by tea shell and tea cake has a more delicious taste and stronger flavor, and this formula is suitable for promotion in tea-producing areas of Shandong Province.
2. Dried rice straw meal 15%, wheat bran 15%, cottonseed husk 59%, corn meal 7.4%, lime 3%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.3%, magnesium sulfate 0.3%. The raw materials are weighed according to the proportion of the formula, mixed evenly, and mixed while adding water, so that the water content of the culture material can reach 60% to 65%. Then put the culture material into a polypropylene plastic bag with a specification of 15cm × 30cm, put on the ring and plug it with cotton plug. Sterilized under atmospheric pressure for 12 hours and 14 hours at 100 ℃, then inoculated after cooling.
3. Sawdust 36%, cottonseed shell 36%, wheat bran 20%, corn meal 5%, tea cake 1%, lime 1%, sugar 1%. The culture material should be fresh and mildew-free. When crushing sawdust, add 20% to 30% bark to increase the nitrogen content of sawdust. The size of sawdust particles should be moderate, and the sifted particles should be less than 0.4 mm. The suitable ratio of material to water is 1 ∶ 1.2 to 1.25. A polypropylene plastic bag of 17cm × 33cm × 0.0085 cm was used and packed into two layers. The packing should be completed within 4 hours and inoculated below 100cm ℃. The bacteria bag was put into the culture room for culture. This formula is used to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus, generally, the mushroom can be collected in 3-5 tide, the fresh mushroom is 0.2-0.25 kg per bag, and the bioconversion rate is 70%-80%.

Organic cultivation techniques of Pleurotus ferulae
In the cultivation season, the optimum temperature for the growth of Pleurotus ferulae mycelium was 5 ℃ ~ 32 ℃, but it grew fastest at the temperature of 25 ℃, and the best temperature for fruiting body growth was 8 ℃ ~ 15 ℃. When cultivating Pleurotus ferulae, the mushroom bag is usually made from September to October, and the mushroom production management is carried out from November to April of the following year. Cultivation places and cultivation methods: the cultivation sites can be used as idle houses in rural areas (which must be renovated). If underground projects (civil air defense tunnels, national defense projects, basements) are equipped with light sources and ventilation facilities, they can also be used as cultivation sites. Pleurotus ferulae is molded

Pleurotus ostreatus
Symptoms: mushroom stalk tissue is not full, there is a white loose pulp inside, the pulp shrinks or falls off into a hollow shape after drying or cooking. The cause: it is mainly due to improper water management. if the air humidity of the mushroom room is low, the soil layer humidity is low, especially the water content of the coarse soil layer is insufficient, the rapidly growing fruiting body will not be able to get sufficient water from the soil layer. furthermore, the transport and supply of nutrients will be reduced, coupled with the continuous evaporation of water in the mushroom body, which will result in a lack of water in the middle of the stalk and a lack of tissue.
