Cultivation techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus
Jinfu mushroom, also known as giant mushroom, Lobayi mushroom, is a high-grade and valuable new variety of edible mushroom, its mushroom body is thick, white and tender, sweet and delicious, fragrant and refreshing, rich in nutrition. The production of fresh mushrooms is 15kg per square meter, the market price is 5Mui 7 yuan / kg, and the price of dry products is as high as 150Me 180 yuan / kg. It belongs to high-temperature varieties. When there is a shortage in the summer mushroom market, it can seize the main varieties in the summer market. It has excellent economic value and is welcomed by domestic and foreign markets.
Technical measures:
1. The land should be close to the water source, good drainage and irrigation, sandy loam, bed and drainage ditch.
2. Seasonal arrangement. Pleurotus ostreatus is a high temperature variety. The mycelial growth temperature is 10 ℃ 32 ℃, and the suitable mycelial growth temperature is 16 ℃. Generally choose to sow seeds from March to May and produce mushrooms from May to October.
3. Planting specification: 25 × 15 cm, row spacing 25-30cm, plant spacing 10-15cm, planting 25ml 30 bags of bacterial sticks per square meter.
4. Take off the bag and cover the soil. Transplant the material bag covered with mycelium on the border, 20-30cm deep, sprinkle a layer of lime powder on and around the border to sterilize and kill insects, then peel off the plastic bag film of the material bag covered with mycelium, put the bacterial stick vertically into the border, leave the 3-5cm gap between the bacterial stick and fill it with sterilized fertilizer soil, and then build an arch shed with bamboo slices at the neck of the bacterial stick. Cover with black plastic film, then spray water properly to moisturize.
5. Mushroom production management. After covering the soil, keep the humidity, the water content of the soil layer should not be too large, keep the space relative humidity at 85% Mel 90%, the temperature at 10% Mel 30 ℃, and strengthen ventilation to promote the development of primordium. The hyphae grew to the ground 15 days after covering the soil. 25Murray begins to produce mushrooms in 30 days.
6. Timely harvest. It takes 7 days for Pleurotus ostreatus to harvest from the formation of mushroom buds to maturity. When the cover is thick and tight and the bacterial membrane has not yet broken the umbrella, the quality is the best, too late harvest, excessive maturity, quality decline, and prematurely affect the yield. After harvest, clean the material surface to remove the aged mycelium and residual stalk, dry the material surface to prevent stagnant water, replenish water and raise bacteria to produce mushrooms after 5 days of water stoppage, the second batch of primordia will be formed within two weeks, and generally 3 tide (batch) mushrooms can be harvested.
7. Pest control. Although Golden Pleurotus ostreatus has strong resistance, the dead mycelium is also easy to be infected with mold. after harvest, clean up the residual mushrooms, feet and dead primordia in time, pay attention to prevent the harm of flies, remove sundries in time, and keep the site clean and sanitary. If there are pests, spray it with 800m 1500 times liquid, if there are green mold, penicillium and other miscellaneous bacteria, you can use 500 times carbendazim or penicillin.

Key points of summer management of semi-clinker cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus
Since the middle of June every year in Dandong, the weather has changed from dry and muggy weather to continuous rainy season, with no sufficient sunshine for more than 10 days, high temperature and humidity, like "sauna" weather. From the middle of July to before the opening of the market, there was a scorching sun, and the bacterial bags were easy to withdraw bacteria or be attacked by diseases and insect pests in the high temperature and high humidity environment, resulting in soft and rotten bacterial trays (bags) after the opening or the first pumping of water, resulting in varying degrees of economic losses to mushroom farmers. According to our cultivation practice in recent years, we have mastered a set of summer management methods. The main points of management are introduced as follows: 1

Prevention and control of deformed mushroom
The manifestations of deformed mushrooms are various, and the common ones in production are: "mine mushroom", "hollow mushroom", "big-ass mushroom", "hard opening umbrella and early opening umbrella", "red root", "water spot". The main reason for the formation of "Pleurotus ostreatus" is that the cover soil material is too thick, the soil quality is hard, the cover soil is thick, the surface layer of the cover soil contains less water, and the temperature and humidity conditions of its lower part and base material are suitable for the occurrence and growth of the entity. therefore, it is easy to differentiate into a fruiting body in the middle and lower layer of the material surface or the covered soil layer, and then drill out of the soil surface.
