Flowers green-white, 4-numbered, 5-Mel 12 arranged in dense Cymes, axillary. Capsule subglobose, with 4 shallow grooves, ca. 1 cm in diam.; seeds brown, aril orange-red. The flowering period is from June to July, and the fruit ripening period is from September to October.
