Study on Nutrition Parameters and New Formula Technology of Pig and Chicken

To solve the global shortage of protein feed and the environmental pollution caused by nitrogen in livestock and poultry excreta has become one of the topics of animal nutrition research in various countries, and it is also one of the research contents of this project. The key technology is how to scientifically evaluate the quality of feed protein, prepare a balanced diet of carbon, nitrogen and amino acids, and improve the utilization rate of feed protein. The main contents of this study are as follows:

The main results are as follows: (1) the contents of digestible amino acids and other effective components in 40 kinds of feed commonly used in pigs and chickens in China were systematically determined by using internationally recognized advanced test methods (ileo-intestinal anastomosis pig and cececectomized chicken). The Chinese feed composition table based on digestible amino acids was completed. The evaluation of feed protein quality was promoted from the content of crude protein, digestible crude protein and amino acid to the stage of digestible amino acid content, which was rich in the basic theory of nutrition.

The contents of total phosphorus and non-phytate phosphorus in 40 kinds of feed were determined, and the concept of available phosphorus was replaced by the content of non-phytate phosphorus in feed, which more accurately expressed the existence mode and availability of feed phosphorus, which was of great significance for the rational utilization of feed phosphorus and mineral phosphorus.

(2) the requirement of digestible amino acid and the requirement, tolerance and interaction of vitamin A, D and E in broilers of different genders were studied systematically by "dose response method". Combined with the production practice in China, 66 nutrient demand parameters of broilers were put forward, and the main nutrient supply scale of broilers was completed.

(3) according to the seasonal change, the nutritional requirements such as digestible amino acids of laying hens and broiler breeders were studied, and 28 parameters of nutritional requirements of laying hens and 36 parameters of nutritional requirements of broiler breeders were put forward.

(4) by using international advanced technology and methods, the nutrient requirements of growing-finishing pigs were studied, and 33 nutrition parameters suitable for the situation of our country were put forward. It fills the gap of domestic research in this field.

(5) the feed formula knowledge base based on pig and chicken feed knowledge base, nutrition knowledge base and pig and chicken feed formula design expert system was established.

The diets were prepared according to this composition table and the recommended amount of nutrients for pigs and chickens, the average body weight of 7-week-old broilers reached 2.30kg, feed reward 1.9kg / kg, feed reward 1.9kg / kg, average yield of each laying hen was 17.5kg, feed reward 2.60bure1, and average daily gain of growing and finishing pigs was 900g, feed reward 2.50guan1. This achievement plays an extensive guiding role in feed industry and pig and chicken breeding industry and has strong practicability. Over the past four years, 2.965 million tons of mixed feed for pigs and chickens, 5088 tons of premix, 144400 tons of concentrated feed and 1880 tons of additives have been promoted, achieving direct economic benefits of 344 million yuan.
