Occurrence and Control of Xiuzhen Pleurotus ostreatus
In recent years, because Xiuzhen mushroom has good benefit and can fill the gap of edible mushroom products in summer, the production of Xiuzhen mushroom in Jiangshan City has developed rapidly, with a total of more than 8 million bags in 2004. But recently, some dead mushrooms appeared in some mushroom farms in Jiangshan. Through observation, it was clear that the dead mushrooms were caused by yellow mushroom disease.
1. Symptoms of yellow mushroom disease
Yellow mushroom disease is a bacterial disease caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which causes fruit body discoloration and decay. Generally, the incidence of Pleurotus ostreatus is higher. During the onset of the disease, there are mucinous pathogens on the surface of the bag, and some of the hyphae have yellowing symptoms. in serious cases, the bacteria directly invade the mushroom body, resulting in disease spots, yellowing, and even death of the injured mushrooms. It takes only a few hours for the mushroom body to show signs of disease (dead mushroom) from infection to death. ① dry rot type: it may occur from young mushroom to mature stage, after the disease, the mushroom cover or stalk appears scorched yellow, causing the light-colored mushroom to turn into yellow mushroom, the mushroom body grows slowly, and gradually ossifies until the whole mushroom shrinks, like drying out of water. ② wet rot type: the disease site or the whole cluster of mushrooms have a sense of stickiness. In severe cases, all of the diseased mushrooms show yellowish water-stained rot, and there are sticky secretions, emitting stench.
two。 Cause of the disease
The main results are as follows: (1) the mushroom shed has poor ventilation, high temperature, high humidity and frequent water spraying.
(2) low level of management, failure to clean up diseased mushrooms in time, insect damage and improper manual operation will cause the disease.
(3) the old mushroom house has not been thoroughly disinfected because it has been cultivated or planted Flammulina velutipes in successive years.
(4) the quality of strain or bag is poor and lack of disease resistance.
3. Precautionary measures
The main results are as follows: (1) to improve the self-resistance of Pleurotus ostreatus, cultivate healthy bacteria bag, and constantly enhance its disease resistance.
(2) disinfect the mushroom house regularly.
(3) pay attention to the water quality of spraying water, and add 20-25 grams of bleach to every 50 kg of water. At the same time, it prevents the transmission of germs in the process of manual operation.
(4) properly increase ventilation, especially for large mushroom sheds with small gap between sheds, low-lying terrain and more than 200 square meters. When the temperature is high, there is no wind and it rains, great ventilation should be carried out.
4. Treatment method
The main results are as follows: (1) for the mushroom bags that are going to produce mushrooms or preparing to produce mushrooms, the special fertilizer of pollution-free edible fungi-psilocybin or gene activator is often sprayed to improve the disease resistance of hyphae, increase production and improve quality.
(2) regular use of low toxicity and no residual pesticides to cut off the route of insect transmission. When there is no mushroom, the special acaricidal agent of special edible fungus produced by Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences is used to kill and control the fungus quickly, especially the effect is good, and it can protect and promote the growth of mycelium.
(3) every 50 kg of water, 3 tablets of modified Wanxiaoling (6g / 8g) were added to every 50 kg of water, and 10 tablets (20g) of modified Wanxiaoling were added to the existing disease, or 25% of bacterial pioneer plus oxytetracycline was used alternately.

Build a warm foreign fungus house to realize the annual production of mushrooms
Fengdu Town, Gutian County, Fujian Province, takes the seasonal cultivation of mushrooms as a difficult problem in the development of edible mushroom industry to overcome, increase investment in science and technology, build an European-style "foreign mushroom room", change the traditional cultivation methods, and realize off-season constant temperature cultivation. Weekly production. Seen at the scene, rows of unique European-style "foreign mushroom houses" are the edible mushroom production base newly built by Gutian County "Mushroom Family" Biotechnology Co., Ltd., covering an area of 20 mu, with a total of 24 modern special rooms. Each mushroom house is equipped with a large one.

Cultivation and Management techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus
Pleurotus ostreatus, also known as Pleurotus ostreatus, is a rare, precious and delicious edible fungus. Its cover tender handle crisp, taste Chun fragrance, excellent taste, can be cooked into a variety of delicacies. Identified by the China Food quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the fruiting body contains glucose, bacterial protein, minerals and other important nutrients, the human body is complete with eight kinds of amino acids, of which lysine is as high as 1.75%. At the same time, it has strong kidney-tonifying effect and anti-tumor activity, and it is one of the top ten best-selling mushrooms in the international mushroom market, known as "Pleurotus ostreatus", in Japan, Singapore, the United States, the European Community and incense.
