Feed the lactating sows
High temperature in summer, sows afraid of heat, decreased appetite, can not meet the nutritional needs of sows, sows weightlessness is not good, is the main reason for sows not to be in estrus. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the dietary formula as soon as possible to reduce the energy feed and increase the protein feed level. Increase the protein in the diet to 17%-18%, which can not only meet its own nutrition, but also ensure the actual needs of lactation, and the amount of milk production is increased by more than 12.5%. In the sow diet, if 34 ~ 36 grams of lysine is added to each sow, it can more effectively meet the needs of lactation and oestrus of lactating sows. In the pig diet to ensure the supply of minerals and vitamins, at the same time to adjust the feeding time of sows, daily morning and evening feeding should account for 60% of the whole day diet, and increase one night food intake and water intake, to ensure that sows can maintain 70 to 80% fat after weaning, which is conducive to the normal estrus of weaned sows.
Do a good job of preventing heat and cooling in sows
In the environment of high temperature and humidity, it is difficult for sows to dissipate heat, the body temperature rises, and the metabolism of pigs is impaired. The pig body is obviously weightless and the ovulatory hormone is reduced, which is not conducive to the estrus of sows. Therefore, we must do a good job of heat prevention and cooling, strengthen ventilation, in order to create a good cool environment, when the temperature is too high, it is necessary to sprinkle water to the roof to cool, turn on the fan, cooperate with the use of sprayers, sprinklers, have a good cooling effect. In the sow diet, 0.1% vitamin C and 0.1%-0.5% baking soda can be added to prevent or reduce the harmful effects of heat stress.
Pigs should be weaned at the right time.
The weaning age of 25 days to 30 days is suitable for general weaning pigs. The weaning of pigs is too early, which affects the growth and development, and the weaning of pigs is too late, which affects the estrus of sows. As long as the sows are weaned at the right time, the sows will feel good without losing heavy fat, but not too fat, which will be beneficial to the normal estrus of the sows after weaning.
Timely treatment of birth canal infection
It is hot in summer, and the birth canal of postpartum sows is open and easy to be infected and inflamed. Rinse the uterus with 0.02% potassium permanganate water or 1% salt water in time. Continuous use of 2 ~ 3 times, if you can smear 3% iodine in the cervix, the effect is better. If there is inflammation or blood fever, intramuscular injection of 1.6 million to 2.5 million units of penicillin, anti-inflammatory bacteria, control infection, can also promote natural estrus of sows.
Use hormones to stimulate estrus
For sows without estrus from 28 to 35 days after delivery, 350 units of luteinizing hormone can be injected intramuscularly for 2 ~ 4 times, which can make the follicles of sows mature, estrus and ovulation. Can also use 0.1 kg of liquor, add brown sugar 50 g ~ 100 g, once a day, even for several days, also have a certain effect.
Traditional Chinese medicine to promote estrus
For sows with postpartum anestrus, Angelica sinensis, cooked land, Cistanche deserticola, Herba Euphorbiae, Yangqishi, Radix Paeoniae Alba and motherwort are each 7g ~ 15g, fried water and mixed with feed.
