500g of the cleaned and sun-dried Sargassum fusiforme is soaked in fresh water for 1.5h, dried at 50 DEG C for 2h by a hot air dryer, immersed in a flavoring solution prepared by mixing 30g of salt, 100g of sodium glutamate and 3L of water for 1h, fried in a rotary kettle for 1h, and finally ground into powder to obtain about 500g of Sargassum fusiforme tea.
