1. Harvesting is usually done in summer and autumn after the stems and leaves are withered and fallen seedlings, and can be carried out in the southern provinces from July to August. The method is: choose a sunny day, dig a ditch 12-20 cm deep with a hoe, dig out the tubers of Pinellia ternata one by one, shake off the soil, and remove the rough skin and fibrous roots on the surface of the medicinal materials.
