When using corncob, wheat straw and rice straw as main materials, 5% wheat bran or 4% fermented livestock and poultry manure are added to the bottom; when using nitrogen-rich cotton husks as main materials, no nitrogen source can be added, but attention should be paid to controlling the harm of mites. Trichlorfon with 800 times liquid can be sprayed when mixing, and the effect is very good. two。 The acid and alkali are moderate. The amount of lime added to the ingredients should reach 5%, and after each harvest of mushrooms, 1% lime water or 4% plant ash water should be sprayed to increase the pH value. 3. Ventilation and penetration

1. Early prevention of mixing materials. When using corncob, wheat straw and rice straw as main materials, 5% wheat bran or 4% fermented livestock and poultry manure are added to the bottom; when using nitrogen-rich cotton husks as main materials, no nitrogen source can be added, but attention should be paid to controlling the harm of mites. two。 The acid and alkali are moderate. The amount of lime added to the ingredients should reach 5%, and after each harvest of mushrooms, 1% lime water or 4% plant ash water should be sprayed to increase the pH value.

3. Get some air. In the 4 days after sowing, ventilation for half an hour at about 10:00 every morning, with the increase of the amount of mycelium and the emergence of a large number of "needle mushrooms", the ventilation time should be gradually extended to 2 hours a day.

4. Cool down and keep warm. When the temperature is low, measures such as double film mulching should be taken to keep warm. In midsummer, the Cool Department should pay attention to spraying water and setting up a shed to shade and cool down, so as to reduce the temperature difference in the mushroom room as much as possible.

5. Spray water. Water spraying should be carried out in the morning and evening, and the water temperature should be about 30 ℃.

6. The humidity is suitable. The most suitable water volume of general culture material is 70%, the air relative humidity of mycelium growth period is 80%, and the air relative humidity of fruiting body growth stage is 90%.

7. Pick mushrooms correctly. When picking, do not touch the growing young mushrooms. if the mushrooms are dense, they should be picked together when most of the mushrooms are ripe and meet the standard. During the operation, one hand holds down the growth site, and the other hand lifts the mature mushroom to reduce the damage to the mushroom.

8. Apply the medicine in time. When mold appears on the material surface, sprinkle a layer of quicklime powder in the polluted area, and at the same time strengthen ventilation and cool down to restrain the spread of miscellaneous bacteria.
