Chicken skin bleeding and necrotic diseases
The diseases such as skin bleeding and necrosis in chickens are as follows:
[colibacillosis (skin type)]
Similar symptoms: umbilical inflammation, dermatitis.
Differential symptoms: omphalitis occurred in chicks, dermatitis, necrosis, ulceration occurred in young chickens, and some formed purple scabs; microscopic examination of smears showed gram-negative microbacilli.
Treatment: norfloxacin 0.5g/ kg feed for 5 days, ciprofloxacin, 0.1 Mel 0.3 g per kg of water for 5 days, chloramphenicol 3 g per kg feed for 5 days, or gentamicin per kg body weight 10-20 000 units, twice a day for 3 days.
[staphylococcosis]
Similar symptoms: omphalitis, subcutaneous hemorrhage.
Differential symptoms: omphalitis occurred in chicks; acute septicemia occurred in 1-2-month-old chickens, chest, abdomen, medial thigh skin bleeding, ulcer, subcutaneous hemorrhage, edema, gelatinous like; smear microscopic examination showed staphylococci.
Treatment: 1. Ciprofloxacin: 0.5 g per kilogram was added during mixed feeding; mixed drink, 0.3 g per kilogram of water was added, and 3 Mel was used continuously for 5 days. 2. Gentamicin: oral ineffective, intramuscular injection: 10-20,000 units per kilogram of body weight, twice a day, continuous use of 3Mel for 4 times. 3. Erythromycin: 5% water solvent, add 1Mel 3G per kilogram of water, and drink 5Mel continuously for 7 days.
[Marek's disease (skin type)]
Similar symptoms: nodular swelling of skin follicles on the neck, back and legs.
Differential symptoms: neck, wings and whole body skin with hair follicles as the center to form small nodules or tumors, sometimes with scaly brown scabs.
Treatment: there is no effective drug, mainly depends on effective immunity.
[fowlpox (skin type)]
Similar symptoms: sometimes the surface of acne rash forms crusts.
Differential symptoms: acne rash on hairless or hairless skin, such as chicken crown, drooping meat, corners of mouth, eyelids and legs.
Treatment: there is no specific cure for the disease, mainly by preventive vaccination, trial use: 1, to prevent secondary infection can be fed with 0.1% oxytetracycline or 0.05% chloramphenicol; 2, 0.01% erythromycin can also be used for drinking water, all for 5 days.
[vitamin PP deficiency]
Similar symptoms: dermatitis.
Differential symptoms: skin scaly dermatitis of both legs, black tongue disease and inflammation of oral cavity and esophagus.
Treatment: 30-40mg nicotinic acid was added to each kilogram of feed for 7 days. If joint enlargement occurs, it is difficult to treat and should be eliminated.
[vitamin H deficiency]
Similar symptoms: dermatitis.
Differential symptoms: dermatitis first appeared from the toes, followed by quarrels of mouth and around the eyes; liver and kidney enlargement and fatty liver in broilers.
Treatment: add biotin of 0.15mg per kilogram of feed.
[pantothenic acid deficiency]
Similar symptoms: dermatitis.
Differential symptoms: dermatitis occurs before the quarrel of the mouth, the edge of the eye and the leg, and seriously affects the sole of the foot.
Treatment: pantothenic acid 20-30mg was added per kg feed for 2 weeks, and the dosage of multivitamin was increased at the same time.
[zinc deficiency]
Similar symptoms: none
Differential symptoms: severe keratosis of the cuticle of the foot and leg epidermis, cracking of the soles of the feet, deep seams, and even necrotizing dermatitis on the toes.
Treatment: add 5Mel 10g zinc sulfate every 50kg feed, at the same time increase the dosage of VE, carry on the adjuvant treatment.

Measures for comprehensive health care of pigs and chickens in June
In the past, we mainly relied on vaccines and drugs to control diseases. A large number of practices have proved that this is wrong, and effective disease prevention and control must be a sound biosafety system. In June, the comprehensive health care measures taken for pigs and chickens mainly include: first, heat prevention and cooling (1) heat insulation. The pig and chicken farm should be built in a ventilated open area, with the south facing south, and the south should be open or semi-open. The traditional open circle to build an Arbor or sunshade net can effectively block sunlight and reduce heat stress.

How to give the chicken eyes and nose drops
Eye: for the chick to gently hold the chicken with the left hand, so that it does not move, take some eye bottles in the right hand, gently drop to the left and right eyes, wait for the chicken to do a blink action, and then release the liquid completely into the eyes after absorption, otherwise let go early, the liquid is only on the surface of the eyeball, did not enter the eye, the chicken is very easy to shake its head, so the liquid is thrown out, did not achieve the purpose of immunity. When an adult chicken is immunized, just open the door of the chicken cage and hold the chicken neck. (the chicken only has its head and neck outside the cage and its body is in the cage.) the method of nodding eyes is the same as that of chicks. Nasal dripping: nasal dripping is also a chicken.
