Flower mushroom is the star of mushrooms and the best of Lentinus edodes, and the higher the output of Lentinus edodes, the better the quality. Pleurotus ostreatus is rich in nutrients, which can play a role in fitness, disease prevention, inflammation, aging and so on. Seats are very popular at home and abroad. Pleurotus ostreatus in China is mainly produced in Hubei, Zhejiang and Henan. So how to grow mushrooms? Let's learn its planting techniques together.

1. Mushroom shed construction

The mushroom shed of Pleurotus ostreatus is generally selected in the land with sufficient light, good permeability and empty circulation, flat terrain and dry soil. Secondly, when the mushroom shed was built, it was about six meters long, 2.5 meters wide and 2.5 meters high. Bricklaying is needed at both ends and in the middle of the mushroom shed, each wall needs to leave a door with a width of about 60 centimeters, and the door needs to be treated with exhaust holes. Finally, a layer shelf is built, which is usually six layers, and the thin film on the shelf is even if the construction of the mushroom shed is completed.

2. Nourishment configuration

When the temperature is maintained at about 26 degrees, flower mushrooms can be planted, and the best time to plant them is at the end of August every year. The configuration of nutrients is very important, usually pear trees or other trees with more sawdust are selected and crushed into sawdust to make nutrients. The ingredients of nutrients are sawdust, wheat bran, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, gypsum powder and lime. Pile these materials on the ground, add an appropriate amount of water to turn the pile and stir, and finally ferment.

3. Bagging and sterilization

After the nutrients are fully fermented, bagging is needed, and large bags are generally used for mushroom cultivation. Put the nourishment into the bag, then tie the mouth with cotton thread, put it on the prepared ground, and finally put the nourishment bag in the atmospheric pressure sterilization stove for disinfection and sterilization. First of all, use a big fire to make the temperature reach 100 degrees in about five hours and keep it at 100 degrees for a day and a half. Even if the sterilization is completed, when the temperature of the nutrients drops to about 70 degrees, the nutrients can be put in the mushroom shed. And the nutrients can be laid reasonably in the mushroom room.

4. Vaccination management

Excellent varieties should be selected when inoculating, and the mushroom room should be disinfected before inoculation, and the personnel who enter the mushroom room should also be thoroughly disinfected and sterilized, and when the temperature of the nourishment is reduced to 28 degrees Celsius, inoculation can be carried out. We should put the strain evenly in the nutrient, to avoid the strain inoculation is too dense, which will affect the yield and quality of Flower Mushroom.

5. Mushroom production management

Mushroom production management is the most critical stage in the process of mushroom cultivation, which is directly related to the yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus. Generally speaking, the mycelium will germinate about four or five days after inoculation. during this period, we only need to control the temperature of the mushroom shed at about 28 degrees, and there is no need for other management. The mycelium begins to grow in about a week, and the temperature of the mushroom shed is as long as 26 degrees Celsius, and the pile should be turned over to ensure that there is no invasion of miscellaneous bacteria, and two or three times of ventilation will be carried out for 30 minutes each time. Half of the time when the mycelium grows to half a month, when it is at its peak, we need to increase the intensity of ventilation and control the temperature at about 23 degrees. When it grows to about 50 days, it is necessary to reasonably control the humidity so as not to affect the emergence of mushrooms, and secondly, the temperature needs to be controlled to avoid mildew caused by high temperature. Generally speaking, mushrooms will be produced in up to 70 days. After producing mushrooms, all you have to do is to spray them with mushroom ecological liquid.

As the flower mushroom is the best of Lentinus edodes, its planting technology is generally similar to that of Lentinus edodes, but since it is high-quality, the natural planting technology and management will be more refined, and the requirements of planting technology will be higher.
